Always a pleasant atmosphere
They are finally doing like Chick-fil-A does and they are very prompt service and you don’t have to wait too long way to go Zaxby’s
I want to say Thursday night around 4:30-5 they were pretty busy and you could see they were short staffed but they still got the food out and also compensated for the long waits thanks to the cooks cashiers and managers who were on duty working so hard to get the food out we will be back . :)

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a popular spot for a quick and delicious meal. The drive-through service is convenient and friendly. The restaurant offers a variety of options, including fresh and hot chicken fingers and buffalo wings. This is the only Zaxbys some would eat at, where they take good care of customers and treat them like human beings. Staff will fix you right up, even redeeming a bad experience from another location with a buy one/get one free offer. While the frozen lemonade can be sharp and bitter, many find the overall experience satisfying. With very little wait and excellent customer service, Zaxby's remains a great choice for a meal.
