This had been my favorite place but in the last few months, the service has gone downhill. Front staff is rude and dismissive, and generally act like being in the place is a bad thing. I recently asked for a cappuccino over ice as part of the three-person order I was doing. I get this regularly. It is simply the standard cappuccino over a cup of ice. The young man working the counter snidely responded, “you might be able to get that other places, but we don’t do that here.”...read full review
Absolutely recomend Vampire Penguin in Aiken, SC. The snow desserts are light, delicious, and unique. There are so many options!!!
5⭐️ Both my children have nut allergies. So sweet shops and especially ice cream shops are unfortunately not places we frequent often. Vampire Penguin went above and beyond. Literally broke down the equipment, wiped it down and showed us active ingredients they were using in the back. Hard to find people who go above and beyond. You have a customer for life and a place my children can enjoy a delicious treat. Thank you!!
