Firehouse Subs Shoppes @ Whiskey

I didn’t get my pickle even though I was asked if I wanted a pickle on the side. The sub I ordered wasn’t as good as I remember it being. The soda fountain had run out of Coca-Cola flavoring and tasted like straight soda water. Fingers crossed my next experience is better.

Normal Firehouse. A little pricey for a sandwich, but subs are pretty good. New fries were not bad.

Where's the meat, seems to have gotten less and less substance in-between the bread.

Parking: People tear in and out of area going the wrong way so watch your step.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes but limited but permetless parkers and people parking in front feeling privileged to block off area.

Went into the store at 7:30 and ordered through the app. The group I was with was informed that there were no drinks and they would not be making anymore sweet tea for the night. My wife and I ordered from the app and was informed that our pickup would be 7:55. At 8:03 we checked on the order and were then informed that they were out of one of the items we had ordered. Nobody had attempted to inform us that they were out of the sandwich and also hadn't started making the rest of our food until I checked on the order. I normally never have an issue with customer service at this location, but this time was pretty bad.
