Staff was irritated by being asked questions about the menu and sauces, for first timers I think that would be a given as the menu has unique names for their menu items. It was empty at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Weds so it wasn't like we were stopping them from other orders. They had one order on the rack to be picked up and two other employees sitting on their phone. The guy in the back barely washed his hands before preparing the food. I highly recommend Groucho's! Their sandwiches and salads are delicious! The service is great and the rewards program is nice as well!
