Tina the Assistant Manager went out of her way to make sure my visit and experience was perfect. She went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. 👌 Thank you again Tina and Thank You for your military service!!
This is the best Zaxby's. Ask for Shacrina, she is the best, period.

Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings on University Parkway offers chicken tenders considered very good by some customers. However, recent experiences report issues with order accuracy and food quality. One customer faced repeated errors and cold, old food, while another experienced long wait times at the drive-thru. While some dishes, like chicken tenders, are recommended, the southern style shrimp is advised against. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
