We were really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype.

We ordered the fried chicken basket with BBQ and rice, as well as the steak, shrimp, vegetables, and rice combo. We also added an extra order of fried vegetables and fried okra.

Sadly, the flavors just didn’t come together. The rice was bland, the okra was overseasoned, and the chicken was fried too hard, making it more tough than crispy. The overall meal lacked the balance and care we were hoping for.

On the bright side, the drinks were actually quite good, which helped redeem the experience just a bit.

Took forever to get our food, people behind us got their food before us. If i were you, I would either order online or order somewhere else.

I haven’t had any issues and I visit at least 3-4 times a month, sometimes 2 days in one week. Good price for wings compared to many other places and the wings or cooked like I love them (no soggy chicken skin) where I don’t even have to ask to be cooked hard. Tried the hibachi meal once and it was really good. Too much to eat in one sitting or day for me so absolutely no complaints. Some days they are pretty busy and I have to wait for my order and some days I’m in and out. I plan to try the Boba Mill Tea next visit and hope it’s as good as the food.
OAN:Per one of SCDA Food Inspector, friend and former coworker, the restaurant is really good at having the kitchen clean. I know that can change at anytime but for now they are my go to for wings & when anyone ask me about wings this is the only place I mentioned. Good prices, decent quantity and satisfying food.

[Edit: been here several times in last month. Review still stands. The Buffalo hot wings are best in town.) Food in Aiken isn't great. But this place is one of the exceptions. Wings were flavorful and spicy. I'm usually not a fan of breaded wings, but these ones were tender and consistent. And my wife can't get over just how good her shrimp bowl was. In addition, super clean and nice decor. With Anshu and Jasmine rice around, Aiken has another solid Asian option.

I ordered two meals with chicken wings at 6:22 pm and was given the time of 6:48 to pick up. I received my food at 8 pm over an hour and a half later, I was asked if I wanted extra rice or a drink. No, the meal taken care of would have covered it. Horrible service, maybe the owner will reach out.

Five stars for crispy okra dreams and boba courage!

Dropped into Hibachi & Wings in Aiken for a quick lunch, and it turned into a full-blown food affair. I ordered the fried shrimp basket with a side of fried okra—and let me just say, as someone who loves fried okra but is constantly betrayed by soggy imposters, this place nailed it. Perfectly crispy, golden little bites that made me feel like I was being personally blessed by the Southern food gods. They gave me enough to feed three people... but I’m not one to waste miracles. I ate them all. No regrets. Zero shame.

The shrimp was hot, fresh, and seasoned just right—like it knew it had something to prove and succeeded. The staff? Super chill.

And then, in a shocking plot twist, I tried boba milk tea for the first time—cappuccino flavored. I expected regret in a cup. I got light, refreshing, and strangely addictive instead. 10/10 would chew tapioca balls again.

If you're in Aiken and want something fast, friendly, and fried to perfection, Hibachi & Wings is worth a stop. And try the boba—you might surprise yourself.

Unless you want to wait over an hour for your food, do not go here. It is not worth the wait. They do nothing to honor the customers concerns.

Mei is an amazing hard working woman and I adore her!! This place has super friendly staff and some of the best boba drinks I've ever had! I will be the first to tell u I'm picky but Mei has some of the best salmon, scallops, shrimp, steak and chicken!!! If anyone has ever told u that their food isn't that great, those people have got to have something wrong with their taste buds! I highly recommend Hibachi and Wing to anyone who loves good, high quality food! Only con to this place is sometimes there is a little bit of a wait but honestly it's so worth it. Perfection takes time!!
