I’ve enjoyed this sandwich shop for years, but what I witnessed yesterday was unacceptable. While waiting in line, I witnessed the cashier yelling at a DoorDash driver in front of everyone because he didn’t know where to pick up an order, which already set a bad tone. Shortly after, she started yelling at a young lady who didn’t realize where she was supposed to order her toppings. The entire situation felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Customer service was extremely poor. I hope this situation gets sorted out, but I will not be returning for a while.
I had a very disappointing experience at Just Julie’s. As someone from out of town, I didn’t realize you’re not supposed to order your toppings at the register. Instead of politely explaining, the older lady running the cashier with purple earrings (65+) started yelling at me loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear — incredibly unprofessional and embarrassing.
The food didn’t make up for it either. My sandwich was dry, the wheat bread tasted old, and overall it was not enjoyable. My mom ordered the chicken salad salad, and the lettuce was wilted and unappetizing.
Between the rude service and the poor quality of the food, I definitely would not recommend this place.

Sooo hadn't been here in a long time , due to every time i went and the owner wasn't there,it always was a issue and my food didn't taste well. Today I decided to stop by and I'm soooo glad I did. It was wonderful and the owner wasn't there. It was so good and no issues at all. Everyone was nice and not much of a wait. Glad I went back and will continue.

The food was good. Got the #19 same as it was when it was The Sub Station II. Was happy to not see the very rude short heavyset manager there. Her attitude is always terrible.

Personally this has been my favorite sub shop for 30 years. The wheat is always soft and fresh. The meat is cut right there and the veggies are never soggy.

Chaos! We arrived during shift change that unfortunately we paid for. It was not good for a quick dinner. We had chips and tea. My chips were not fresh! We didn't have time to eat the sandwiches so we saved them for later. My goto sandwich is a Reuben. My husband got a Gyro. Both were so disappointing! Reuben was meat a slice, one slice! of cheese and NO sauerkraut!
From Google:
To make a proper Reuben sandwich, start by preparing the key components: heat the corned beef and drain the sauerkraut thoroughly to prevent a soggy sandwich.
Use rye bread, preferably Jewish or marble rye, and spread butter on one side of each slice.
For the dressing, use either Thousand Island or Russian dressing; the latter, made with mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar, is often preferred for its authentic flavor.
Assemble the sandwich by layering one side of the bread with dressing, followed by Swiss cheese, hot corned beef, and drained sauerkraut, then top with the remaining bread slice, dressing side down.
Grill the sandwich in a skillet over medium heat, butter-side down, until golden brown and the cheese is melted, which typically takes 3-4 minutes per side.
For best results, cover the sandwich with a lid during cooking to trap steam and melt the cheese, then remove the lid to crisp the final side.
