Love getting layered oatmeal on my way to work!
I don't know what is up with some of these reviews of the Smoothie Groove, but the Love and Happiness smoothie is obsession-worthy, and the place has a cool vibe — I enjoy the music theme. Both times i have visited, the staff was super-nice and considerate. I had their chicken salad-on-a-croissant sandwich the first time I was in, and that was very good as well. Y'all, support The Groove, it's unique and has outstanding smoothies.
Small little place however the menu is anything but. Tons of healthy options along with fair prices and great customer service. I don't travel to this area a lot but when I do this would be my first stop
