Me and my boyfriend saw a Krystal’s and were excited due to us not seeing one open for years so we stopped for a quick bite. When we got into the building to order our order was messed up many times resulting in us having to pay an extra 20$ for the food. When we got our order the bread on the sliders were soggy and the meat was cold and stiff. I did touch them due to one looking like it had been dipped in dirty sink water but my boyfriend ate his due to how much money we had to spend. After eating the sliders he got violent ill and we had to rush home due to him vomiting so hard. The sliders had givin him food poisoning which we are still dealing with today. What a great New Year’s Eve and a way to end 2025👍

I had a friend stop and get me burgers. Steamer box of 24 cheeseburgers. They misplaced the order, my friend didnt check. There was no cheese, and apparently the lady bitched about having to cook that many burgers, they were very poorly thrown together. I wouldn't recommend this place. She said she had to wait 20 mins just for this order.

I went in on Saturday October 25th at 1:55. Was going to use code Krystal93. Was told that I couldn't order til 2:00. Was going to wait but she said her kiosk was slow and time on that was 1:46. There wasn't any time on my email that said any restrictions on time. Very unhappy with Krystal 's on Whiskey in Aiken SC. Cashier was very rude

10oclock Friday night. There was a guy inside but not taking orders. I pulled up to the drive though window after 5 minutes and there was a guy with a mop or something. No one came to the window. I didn't stay at the window the guy inside seemed to be having a crisis. I left and went to taco bell.
