Went yesterday around 5 for the first time and will never be back. The one star is for the young man who served our group. He was new and did the best he could and was sweet as pie! The young lady (I believe the name was Jara or Zara or something similar) however, needs to be fired. If you have cameras please take a look at around 5:15 on 2/22/25. Watch for about 30-60 minutes and I probably wouldn't even need to explain.

I came in and had two of the sweetest and kindest servers take care of me tonight. The girl had black hair with bangs, and the other was a tall boy with brown hair. They accommodated to my every need and had such uplifting attitudes. Will be coming in more often ❤️

My wife and I, and our 2 kids went to marble slab this afternoon (2/14/2025) around 3:30pm. The ice cream was decent. I expected better, but coupled with the occasion it really hit the spot. However, we were definitely disappointed by the staff. 2 staff members in particular. The first employee that offered to help us was colder than the ice cream itself.. no personality and was CLEARLY irritated that our 5 yr old wasnt sure which green ice cream he wanted..mint or pistachio. She offered samples, to which we accepted. Still no smile, or any relief from the high level of stress she was putting us under to order. She then passed the task of taking our order to another employee who was kind and friendly, but not thorough in the slightest.. sprinkles and toppings not mixed in, just scooped on top. I specifically asked for covers because we wanted them to go.. but once the orders were made he said "crap yall wanted covers right"? At this point i wasnt about to ask any more of them. We took our ice cream and ate it on the patio. Like i said, the yellow marshmallow ice cream was decent.. Wife's raspberry was good. Sons mint ice cream was decent.. we were disappointed that's for sure. After talking about going to marble slab for 3 years, it was not at all what we had expected. Bummer..

Really good ice cream and experience. The only reason my review lost a star was because they had bad issues with crosscut contamination. 1. Different flavor ice creams had giant clumps of other ice cream in the container. The blue cotton candy had coffee in it. At least two globs of white ice cream were in the blue one. Along with other flavors mixed with others. 2. Orange sherbert was melted 3. The slab wasn't as clean as it could be. So if you have allergies, just be very aware of what is going on.

Ice cream was delicious and the perfect consistency! Between ice cream flavors and mix-ins, there were limitless combinations. I do suggest extra napkins because it can be messy!

Absolutely amazing! The girl who helped me was kind enough to get new utensils and a separate pan for my ice cream due to a food allergy. I normally have to get my toppings on top of my ice cream but she went out of her way to give me the full experience. Thank you so much!

Took the grandkids in and had a great time. The staff were very helpful and sweet to the kids. Will likely go back every day while we are in town.
I had a custom ice cream cake made and it was awesome. I spoke with a young woman over the phone and she was helpful, pleasant, patient, and very kind. She saw to it that my ice cream cake was made to my specs. The whole process was perfect. This is the third time in the last three years that I’ve gotten an ice cream cake from this MSC and all three have been delicious. It’s a busy place, so be patient when you go inside, but, it’s worth it!

Usually come here for our ice cream cravings, but the past couple times here have not been good. Tonight we went for ice cream and got there just a bit before closing. When trying to order our favorite mixup (the strawberry cheesecake one) we were told that they couldn’t do anything that required mixing because they shut everything down. Coming in before close, that shouldn’t have been the response. That’s poor customer service. Then— my husband just gets the ice cream and mixes separately to mix himself at home. Get home and realize they only provided frozen strawberries and graham cracker crumbs. No syrup or caramel. It’s never consistent when we order the strawberry cheesecake ice cream and it’s frustrating. In addition to us not having the correct mix ins and having to mix it ourselves— I open mine and it’s not the correct ice cream. There is chocolate mixed into my ice cream. What a waste of an ice cream trip! Not satisfied at all.

Such a cute place when you walk in and smells lovely! They have outside seating with umbrellas as well. The staff was super friendly. I ordered the brownie sundae and it was delicious.

After a long 10hr day at work i decided to grab ice cream with my friend around 8:30pm. When we arrived there was 2 couples in line ahead of us (who were helped immediately.) However when our turn came up the employees decided to start cleaning up and looking for stuff in the back. After 5 minutes of standing there in silence with the employees staring at us we decided to leave. I dont understand what was so different about me and my friend compared to the other customers but i got the feeling that we weren't wanted. I wont be returning if this is the service that is provided. It would have been nice to have been acknowledged instead i was stared at like i was a freak.
