After a long 10hr day at work i decided to grab ice cream with my friend around 8:30pm. When we arrived there was 2 couples in line ahead of us (who were helped immediately.) However when our turn came up the employees decided to start cleaning up and looking for stuff in the back. After 5 minutes of standing there in silence with the employees staring at us we decided to leave. I dont understand what was so different about me and my friend compared to the other customers but i got the feeling that we weren't wanted. I wont be returning if this is the service that is provided. It would have been nice to have been acknowledged instead i was stared at like i was a freak.

Went in to get ice cream, like I have most weeks since moving here. The female literally just stood there pretending to wipe down the same spot and the other two gentlemen that were in there were just wondering around. We stood there for quite some time before finally speaking up. We then got eye rolls and attitude as we made in order. We immediately canceled said no thank you and left. I will not visiting this establishment ever again. Customer service is garbage. Please do better in the future.

I am a frequent visitor of this location, and I do recommend them for their product, but the service could have been much much better today. I entered the store, and there were 3 ladies behind the counter, and one customer and her daughter were present. 1 lady was helping the customer, and the other 2 ladies stood behind the counter chatting, but never took the time to greet me or others when entering the building. I stood at the cookie section only feet away from the and waited for several minutes, but I was never acknowledged at all. Eventually, the lady who was helping the other customer came over to assist me.

This place is amazing. I ordered me some cookies and ice cream after waiting 10 min. Despite of all the crowd the employees were friendly and calm and they handled the situation perfectly better than any other places. Didn’t expected to be so busy around this time and 30’s weather but it was all worth the wait. Ice cream comes with free toppings a big+ no other place would do that. Cookies were getting low but they had them made already so received what I got. Definitely worth recommending.

I was quite surprised with the service this evening. There were two ladies and a young man working, I came in with 2 other people and my mom was helped by a lady with blonde hair, she seemed nice however she touched her nose several times while helping my mom which is gross in food service. After that my friend was helped by the dark haired lady, who was pleasant enough to him. I waited a little bit and the young man looked at me, smiled and then skipped over me to help the next person in line without so much as a second thought. I found that to be incredibly rude! When the lady with the dark hair came to help me she couldn’t keep her focus for a moment. I gave her my order and she got the ice cream, then walked to the back room, came back and got the toppings, then walked back to the back. Started mixing it and got distracted by something else. Finished it. Went to rang it up and wouldn’t even speak to me. She just talked at me.I’ve been to Marble Slab a few times before but I highly doubt I’ll return. The service was just pitiful. I do not tolerate people touching their noses or faces then handling ice cream, skipping people in the customer order, or just not being able to complete your task because you’re distracted. Not impressed.
