The best “fast food” pizza I ever had

My boyfriend and I ate half of it within 10 minutes of being home. It was incredibly delicious, cheesy, and had a perfect crust. This Marco’s never disappoints!

I got a pizza today and it was sooooo greasy. The juice was all on my seat on the car. The entire bottom of the box was soaking wet from grease and I had to literally get paper towel to get the grease off the pizza before I ate it. It’s regulus. Never experience. It was only one car there so I’m guessing the guy was the only one working. He was nice but the pizza was bushy too greasy. Won’t be going back because last time I went a fly flew out the box when I opened it. The pizza is usually good but at this point it’s just people working that just don’t care.

Attempted to purchase $90 worth of pizzas for a soccer team and pay in person for a delivery a few hours later. They do not accept tap and I was told they could use a card or cash. After walking out to my truck and coming back with $100 bill I was told if I wanted to pay cash I had to pay cash to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.

I've had the Best Pizza the last two times I've ordered, perfect great taste lots of toppings ,cut the way I like it ( squares).can't say enough great job guy's!!!!

The location is a bit difficult to get into and out of. Going through the drive through has always been a horrible experience. The bell system they have never seems to work and i will have to wait 10-30 minutes before someone notices while cars form a line around the building. I will rather go in to pick up. The staff is always unfriendly as well. The pizza’s are always great and never had anything missing. What is always missing are the extra sauces on the side. Doesn’t seem like staff is very observant on that. Online ordering is fairly easy.

My family placed a mobile order last night at 549pm for 2 large pizzas. One was a pepperoni magnifico and the other was a mushroom and green olive. We received the order via delivery, and the mushroom and green olive pizza was incorrect; we received mushroom and green peppers. I called the store to get the issue resolved. First time I called, Mark answered the phone and asked if he could put me on hold for a bit. I said ok, but after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I was hung up on. Second time I called, Tyler answered the phone. I let him know of the wrong pizza being delivered and he said he was going to get a manager. The manager did not give me his name when getting on the call, but he was not pleasant. He asked what the problem was; I then repeated the issue and he said all he could do was issue a 20 dollar credit. I asked, "could we not get the correct pizza made?" He said "no, that was not possible." I said, "ok, how would you go about issuing the credit, back to my method of payment?" He then sounded frustrated and said that I needed to hold. I said, "ok," but continued to wait on hold for another 20 minutes before I was once again hung up on!!! This is unacceptable customer service. I don't know what happened to Marco's in Aiken, but it has gone downhill. This was the last time we order from here. This happened last month with getting the incorrect pizza, and being placed on hold without getting an answer. We gave another chance, but this was it. Corporate needs to get involved before this place looses all of it's loyal customers.

Absolutely horrible. I don’t understand why this location continues to be one of the worst customer experiences by far, the workers are miserable, and so are its customers. Most of these reviews are bad ones, yet from my experience nothing has been done to fix the problems. I worked previously at a different Marco’s location, and the difference is huge and disgusting. Not only is the treatment of the customers bad, but it’s disgusting inside the restaurant where the food is being made. The grout in the tiles is BLACK when I know they are supposed to be tan and I was correct when I saw tiles under some of the shelves that hadn’t been moved for awhile. The food I received was expired and moldy, and I have heard from others the at the food has made them sick. The replies from the owner are all the same seemingly, and no good progress is actually being made to improve the establishment. This marcos obviously doesn’t follow the training and attitude of the marcos way making it one of the worst locations.

The manager the manager on duty handle money never washed your hands did Food Service did pizza for a long time actually work for Marcos at one time too and you got to wash your hands can't handle money and then make people's food without washing your hands
