Ugh... Sometimes this place is just OK and most of the time it's just not. Do yourself a favor and go across town and go to the other McDonald's. 1157 York St. That location is amazing. I've always had excellent service and the food's been great and they also have a really nice play place if you have little kids. I've learned my lesson and I will no longer go to this location even though it's the most convenient one. I'll be driving across town to go to the other McDonald's or I'll just drive down the road and go to Chick-fil-A.

At this point, I’m truly not sure how this location is still open. I ordered curbside, and the person who brought my food out was very rude. In addition, my quarter pounder with cheese was missing, which I didn’t realize until after I left. I feel confident in saying that my order is incorrect more than it is correct here. This location either needs new staff, or just to be closed. Ridiculous.

I'm giving the McDonald's at Whiskey and Pine Log Roads one star only because its the minimum I can give. In the last two months they've gotten my orders wrong three time (out of five), the drive through speaker doesn't work, the order staff doesn't know their jobs or the menu, and it generally disgusting if you go inside (ketchup dripping hardened on the table). The employees seem to feel they are doing the customers a big favor by even showing up, yet these people are the one's thinking they're entitled to $15/hour.If you can avoid this McDonalds try the one by the interstate, its superior in everyday imaginable.

First time ever at this McDonald’s and it was very disrespectful! First off I ordered a Big Mac w no Mac sauce and no onions and extra pickles, got to the window to get my food and asked for a sweet and sour just 1 and got told I have to pay for it like okay never mind that’s poor on yalls part. Got home and opened my box NO LETTUCE. Just a plain burger pickles and buns. I’ve called about 50 times they won’t pick up the phone it’s ridiculous the workers were disrespectful and the service is poor. Save the trip and go to a different McDonald’s.

I just left this McDonald’s, I went through the drive-through. I asked for a medium, iced caramel coffee with 1/2 the pumps of syrup that you normally put in it… When I got to the window, I asked the lady if it was fixed with 1/2 the pumps of syrup… She was very rude and said, “I guess that’s how they made it, I don’t know!!” Well… I taste it and I think they actually put double the amount of syrup in it!!!!!! If I had not been on my way to work, and if I had time I would have went inside and got another one. These people could care less that they have a job… They need to be grateful that they have a job.
