I have 8 cars ahead of me parked and waiting for food. It's 7:45 Thursday night. Why am I having and indeterminate wait for a cheeseburger? This is nuts! Fast food? No way! Am I coming back ? No, never! Making me wait because you're understaffed won't happen again. There's plenty of other fast food options within a half mile that do way better

Forgot the sweet and sour sauce...again. Even after requesting the sauce numerous times in the drive thru. Also, no napkins in the bag.
