Parked to wait on food and then no ketchup. When I asked for some the girl looked at me and walked off and never came back. The girl at the window was rude and said they don't bring it if you don't get it at the window. I probably won't go back, but if I do, I will not park to wait on my order. I will cut my car off and sit there until someone gives me everything I asked for, including ketchup. RUDE!!! This is not acceptable #mcdonalds Richland Ave. Aiken SC
Took my littlest one to enjoy the playground with dinner. It was closed. I asked the lady at the register why and she told me the manager on shift doesn’t want to deal with it before closing the lobby. It was 6PM and the lobby closed at 11PM. There were multiple families in there with small children who also came for the playground. It’s just laziness.
