With the Proprietor changing I can only estimate that they may go down to the level of the rest of aiken restaurants, MEDIOCRE at best. Rodger was the best ?Parking: Parking is usually good.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramped front entry available.

We got seated really quickly but waited over one and half hour for our food, and that was only after I went to the hostess and asked about it. Nobody ever gave us an update on our order the whole time. I had 2 diabetes in my party that needed to eat. Very disappointed!!!!!

We have been going there for years and if we had a problem they always fix it.
Trenton was an attentive server with our party of 7. Orders were correct, timed well, and glasses were never empty.So appreciative of a good experience at the Aiken Outback!

Ordered 6oz sirloin for medium well. When received was medium rare. Manager was going to get thinner cut for medium well. After 20 min still did not have. Asked for steak to be removed from ticket so we could leave. Also small gnats flying all around our table. 3/14/24: went for dinner with family from out of town. Food delicious but would help if they could get temperature under control. Freezing where we were sitting. They adjusted temp and more comfortable for a while, then freezing again later.
I'm not sure what it was about this particular time being there, but the food was lackluster and a little bland. The service was okay, but not great. Everything just seemed scattered and off.

Poor service, poorly prepared food, baked potato was dried out, ordered food online to be picked up at 6:30pm @ 4:30pm. Arrived and checked on food at 6:50pm. I was told food would be out soon. 7:30pm I went back to check because people arriving after me were getting their food and found my food was sitting there. Sirloin, baked potato, and a salad should not take an hour to prepare. I will not be going back. This is the 3rd time I have had poor service and less than optimal food.

Took me my wife and two kids for dinner the tool came out quick but had no flavor to it ordered side of asparagus and they gave me 3 asparagus my daughter had a cheeseburger and it was dry with nothing on it could of gotten a better cheese burger at McDonald’s they can’t cook steak right at all asked for medium came out almost raw would not recommend at all definitely won’t be going back no wonder why there never busy and long horn is always packed
