Got a pick 2 combo with a half sandwich and market salad with bread for the side. I waited over 15 min in the drive thru to get my food even though I was the only one in line. Got home took one bite of my sandwich and the chicken was literally raw and pink in the middle đŸ€ą. I also didn’t get my side of bread. Didn’t even eat the salad as I am pregnant and immediately lost my appetite after that bite of sandwich! Not the first or even the third or forth time I’ve experienced long wait times and undercooked/incorrect orders at this location. This was my last straw with them. No salmonella for me plz.

Great sandwich! I did get mine to go, but I wanted to take a minute to give due props to the young lady who was working pretty much by herself. All the stars go to her. As the norm these days, some of the help didn’t show up for work, and she was manning the drive through window AND making the orders all by herself. And doing damn good job at it! Do better, Panera in Aiken. You gotta find a way to get your people some backup help when workers don’t show up! Managers-call your employees and make sure they have enough staff there. Aiken is a big town, and that’s a pretty busy location.

Walked in and couldn’t get service because of a broken water pipe. Ok, got in the drive thru lane and waited, and waited. Never had an opp to place an order, so when I got to the window they wouldn’t help me. I was told to go around again get back in line again! LOL. It’s not my problem that their speaker is faulty. I was warned about this Panera, but didn’t listen. Won’t be back.

Ordered a kids grilled cheese meal, a soufflĂ© and a drink. They gave me the wrong soufflĂ©, and the kids grilled cheese was literally a cold cheese sandwich. It hadn’t been heated in the slightest. Went back around through and was told that the cheese sandwich was their grilled cheese. Then we were told that they can’t heat items from the kids menu. So it’s not a grilled cheese sandwich and shouldn’t be sold as such. It’s not grilled. Not sure if that ridiculous policy is specific to this location, but they’re lying to their customers.

Ordered my kid a grilled cheese from this location and I wish I could post a picture to show you how sad this “grilled cheese” was. Just cold bread with a couple Kraft singles. Truly so lazy.

I’m a Panera Bread frequent flyer. This location is very inconsistent in quality. For example, the French onion soup is made different each visit and it’s never comparable to other PB’s or pictures from the menu. Today, they put zero cheese in my dish. 😣

Dirty restaurant that needs some direction from corporate or we will lose it soon. My salad was completely brown in spots and rotting in others and I’m not just talking about rust. It was decay. Soup was served cold. Bread was so stale I couldn’t chew it. The floors around the corners and edges were filthy as were the windows. No one cleaned any tables before we sat to eat or at any time during the 2 hours we sat and talked.

If you are not from here. You will find that the place is hard to find.

They are so incredibly SLOW, especially their drive-thru. The food is just okay but way overpriced.

The BLT sandwich was served in a two uncut single layer sandwich form with untoasted, chewy wheat bread like you’d find at a food bank. The bread bowl only filled halfway up with soup. Inedible and an insult to my garbage can.
