The BLT sandwich was served in a two uncut single layer sandwich form with untoasted, chewy wheat bread like you’d find at a food bank. The bread bowl only filled halfway up with soup. Inedible and an insult to my garbage can.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, a bowl of soup, and a “grains & seeds” salad online. Got home and salad had no grains or seeds, and we only got half sandwiches. So i paid $47 for a bowl of soup, one sandwich (two half-sandwiches) and a bowl of lettuce. It certainly wasn’t busy, so I don’t know what the excuse would be, but what a waste of money.

Horrible customer service. I went there for soup and a drink. I sat at the drive tru for 10 min after I placed my order. I was the only 1 in line. I was never even acknowledged at the window or asked to wait. They decide to change out the cash register drawer right in front of me, while I’m waiting. They looked right at me and just kept doing what they were doing. I then parked and went inside to ask about my order, and I was told by the manger on this day 2/11, that she was busy. I ordered freaking soup and a drink. This is beyond disgusting customer service. I left without my food. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone!

I want to give perfect stars but, alas, I cannot. It seems if you utilize the “BOGO/5.00 off discount you do not get a traditional/normal sized entree. It’s smaller. That seems kinda sneaky to me as it’s not advertised that way. Just be aware if you utilize the special offer you might need a lil snack after your entree as it probably won’t be full sized.

We stopped at Panera yesterday afternoon for lunch. It wasn't very busy so we were able to order right away and our food was brought to our table shortly after.
I had the French Dipper, my favorite sandwich. It was very good, but was a little light on the meat. The dip was excellent. My beautiful wife had the Chicken Fuji Apple salad and said it was delicious! And it was so large that she took 1/2 of it home.
And we took two chocolate chip cookies and two cinnamon crunch bagels home. They're all gone now and they were yummy!
Stopped in for a bagel with cream cheese and decided to get half a dozen to bring home. Definitely regretting that decision. These bagels were not fresh. They are all dry and hard. Absolute wast of money.

My gosh $13.00 for an iddy biddy salad! I ordered online and didn't see the little thing till I got home or I would have rejected it. SAD they feel the need to rip people off; about a nickel's worth of salad mix, a nickel's worth of olives and cherry tomatoes and probably only paying the person who threw it in a to-go container $8 an hour so maybe a dimes worth of labor. What a rip-off!

If you pick up carryout there seems to be no method to report an error or get a refund. Our salads had no chicken. The app gives you no options. The phone system hangs up on you.
