We were seated immediately. Salad bar was great, but the steak was overpriced for the piece that was served. Asked for ranch dressing for my fries and did not receive it until I got a To-go box.

Awesome atmosphere. The waitress was super friendly. Meals arrived in a timely fashion. The food was quite delicious along with being nice and hot. The drinks were really good as well. I can't remember the young girl that was working that night name but she was an awesome waitress. Very attentive and overall nice and cheery. Definitely will return to this exact location in the near future.

Start and end with service. There was none. And what the establishment gave us was a. Sloppy dressed , ill groomed with any social ediquette...the food was edible..but we ordered fajitas...and there was no salsa???? In the entire restaurant . oui ve!!!!

The salad bar is good. Just get that. It seems like I go to Ruby Tuesday once every two years and the same thing happens. I'm enticed by something on the menu and get it in addition to the salad bar and regret the decision. This time it was a crispy chicken and pimento cheese sandwich. The waitress, who badly needed an appointment with a team of dentists, suggested the spicy version. My wife ordered a cheeseburger. Both came out within a reasonable amount of time and equally sucked. The chicken on my sandwich tasted like those oven baked Tyson chicken breasts that you get for your kids but would never eat yourself. It was neither crispy nor good. As for the pimento cheese, well, I'm from the south and it's just mayonnaise, cheese, and pimentos. Kind of difficult to make it suck, but they managed. All that on a bun that had a sweet taste and had clearly spent time in a freezer before it found my plate. I worked for Ruby Tuesday 20+ years ago while in college. The food was good. I don't know what happened but I cannot imagine anyone with any personal accountability has eaten at this place in 10 years. It's terrible. Oh, and my wife took the burger to go. Dog liked it. Get the salad bar. Trust me.
Server was nice but my husbands porkchop was undercooked,pink and raw. Being nice he requested that it be put back on grill. Brought back out it appeared fine. We boxed up our remaining meal and brought it home. My husband started eating his leftover porkchop and the whole other side was raw and undercooked. Very disappointed with ruby tuesday.

The potatoes and coleslaw that were spoiled on the salad bar that messed my taste bud up. The manager didn't charge me, however, i would be careful about there salad bar in Aiken SC in the future.

We always go for the salad bar, we're vegan and they have alot of salad options! We go as soon as they open because later in the day people mix ranch spoons with the Italian dressing spoons and sometimes you'll find non-vegan items in with the fruit and veggies. We went like two weeks ago and the bartender lady was waiting on us as well as the bar and the tables all around the bar. I don't remember her name but she was very, very good and super friendly. She wasn't overwhelmingly friendly either, it was a comforting feeling having her as our waitress and next time I will be requesting her if I see her!
