I traveled an hour because I had a taste for sonic fries. When I got there the young lady appeared to be mad. So we asked for some ketchup and she just walked away. When she came back she handed to us and walked away again. The customer service was awful. So I grabbed my fries and it was hard and warm. I then instantly felt angry. I wasted $22 on some food that looked and tasted like a toddler made. I would be honored to get my money back and they can have this food.

The $1.99 menu is one of the best things that have happened to my stomach. I fear I visit Sonic at least three times a week. The Sonic app ensures an easy ordering process, smooth pickup, and special deals. My favorite drink is the Twisted Flamingo drink (a digital, app exclusive).

The manager name Allison is very rude when your trying to order at drive thru i couldn’t even order everything she kept yelling is that it smh I told the young lady at the window I didn’t want my food(she was sweet). This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience there(that same manager). It’s always in the morning. That’s exactly why I always go to Richland Ave.

Ordered our food, paid, and they didn’t bring it all out. Shantavia had the nastiest attitude when I told her I was missing a slushy. Rolled her eyes and said she’d have to go back and add it, but the person on the phone clearly heard me say two! I had to pay for that slushy, but when she got to the car, she asked for my payment and I told her I swiped my card already. She smacked her lips and yelled for someone else to come deal with me. I got home and didn’t even have the marinara in my bag for my mozzarella sticks. I’ll visit the Richland Ave location from now on because the service was disgusting!
