I pulled up after a long shift not wanting to cook when I got home not realizing it was 5 minutes before the end of the day for them on New Year's Eve. I wouldn't have known it if the lights didn't dim when I was in the drive through waiting for my food. Service and quality didn't suffer a bit. I'm the type that doesn't go anywhere near close cause I feel it's rude I know they want to go home too. Even right as they were at closing time they were polite and my food was good quality. Better then I could have expected.

This Sonic is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is cold and others it's almost hot. Breakfast in the afternoon is not recommended. There isn't a balance of ingredients. Their hamburgers are a mess. But other days it's the complete opposite. Also, they don't mix their blasts well. The cookies are only at the top.

Spent 50 dollars on 9 milkshakes and they didn’t label which one was which so we all had to guess which shake belonged to which person. Extremely frustrating. Unbelievable.

I love the 50's vibe when good customer service was still a thing.
Absolutely incompetent. I came through the drive-thru and ordered two medium milkshakes, one strawberry banana and the other oreo. When I got to the window they gave me tater tots that I did not order and I told them that I didn't order it. The manager came to the window and argued with me over it. I would know if I ordered tater tots. There would be no reason for me to order tater tots and then not want them at the window. He misheard what I said and then also rang me up for two small milkshakes and gave me Minis. Then proceeded to argue with me over the fact that I said Mini when I said medium. Refused to fix it and continued to argue with me, so I spent $10 on two tini milkshakes, one of them the wrong flavor. Get your speaker fixed and get a new manager.
