I came there last night with my friend and I had to let one of the employees know that it wouldn’t let me check in so she said she would look into it and I had to wait at least 15 mins so we went through the drive thru to see what was going on with my order and my friend had let the blonde girl in drive thru know what was wrong and she took forever to get me my order and my friend had asked her to speak to a manger and the blonde haired girl was acting like she didn’t hear so she finally got a manger and my friend told the manger what was going on and he said he would handle the situation with the employee but I don’t know if it was resolved. The employee was outside making tik toks with the little kids outside. And the employee that said she would look into my order she told the other employee “the blonde haired girl in drive thru” that she didn’t know how to look into it but if she didn’t know how to look into it she should’ve asked for help or something.

I ordered two milkshakes after 5:00pm so they were 1/2 price, 1 strawberry and 1 peanut butter. The price was excellent for 2 large….B U T the taste was disappointing!! We tried REALLY hard to find the flavors, but NONE!! Only cold vanilla ice cream! This Sonic on Whiskey does NOT live up to the advertisements!! 😥

My husband and I had the most horrible breakfast burritos with bacon. Bacon burned but not done, eggs hard and dark. The burritos were so greasy that the bag was saturated with grease.

Just ordered a large chilli cheese tot. Hardly any chili or cheese and the amount of tots is more like a small/medium. Very disappointed
My son told me what he wanted, I pushed the button & the person on the mic could barely be heard. So I leaned further out the window so I could hear them. Placed my order for the #1Double smash burger no pickle, no onion. Got home & the burger was covered in onions & looked like it was pieces of ground beef piled onto a bun & a piece of cheese & sauce & onions to cover the mess. My son took a bite & immediately spit it out saying there was something crunchy in it. I lost $17. Won't be back Any time soon. Do better Sonic-Whiskey rd

Will never come here again. The sweet tea was like syrup, my hot dog was soggy, cold, and covered in watery relish. My shake didn't have the right sized lid which caused it to loosen and spill.
The service is now extremely shitty for what they're charging nowadays..

They need a park like proper Sonic Drive Ins have! Aiken location has zero game. Once you've traveled you understand what a disappointment the Aiken store is. The Sonic Blast is delicious.
