I normally make my meals at home but today i decided to go in subway for a chicken wrap at first the atmosphere seen very friendly and clean when i approached to take my order the guy had a bad attitude and when asked about questions about the menu his responses were rude! When asked for another item he huffed and puffed and sounded hesitant not to mention the mishandling of my food and the rush to get me checked out and go none of them were friendly my experience was horrible and I will never be coming back and encourage nobody to give them any business at all !

Staff is never friendly, it's typically a husband/wife duo. Lettuce has been questionably fresh on a couple of occasions. I went in tonight for a foot long Chicken Teriyaki sub and when I was ready to pay, presented my coupon only for the guy to tell me they don't honor coupons at this location. I paid full price but definitely will not be back. There are too many Subway locations around where they do take coupons and that will treat you with kindness.

I placed an online order. I ordered a sub an chips. When I got my order I was getting ready to open my bag of baked lays, but the bag felt flat so when I opened them they was molded and old! I was very disappointed. I tried to call the business phone but nobody answered. I tried again an it goes to voice mail. I will never get anything from subway on silverbluff rd. Again 😡😡😡

Literally no one speaks a lick of English. Absolutely no way to deal with an issue when the employees DONT SPEAK ENGLISH. The app took 19.31 for an order then said the order was canceled. I call up here and get literally 2 words of english within 10 minute phone call that led absolutely no where

Every time I come in here after work (11AM or 3PM) they're so kind and attentive to my order and the quality is always great! The cleanest subway I've walked into!!

Old bread. Took 15 minutes just to start ordering. One of the kids had his hair flapping around. No hairnet, no hat. Place is complete trash. Stay away!!! The one on pine log road is great though.

One time I came here during a lunch break after they got their new ownership recently and got a lemonade and a cookie and sat down for a few to charge my phone on my lunch break and went to the bathroom and came back and they made me leave and said that the tables were only for paying customers who were eating. I literally had a cookie and a lemonade. They said it had to be real food and that the tables were reserved for customers. There was nobody else in there. They were super rude..they literally told me to leave. Another instance before that one I ordered a flatizza through the drive thru and they were out of boxes and bags so they handed me a pizza wrapped in the subway paper with one single layer so sauce and grease was dripping all over my hands and my work clothes and when I opened it up the sauce was all rubbed off onto the paper. Absolutely gross. They're always rude. This subway used to be better but the best one is by target. We refer to this as the bad subway. Lol.
