The ribs were very tough and fatty. When we walked there was a young lady eating at the counter and said someone would come and take our order. A young lady came from the back to take the order and let us know that the person at the counter was clocked out.

I ordered 2 lbs of ābrisketā and I am pretty sure it is not actual brisket. It tastes and tears like pot roast or chuck roast. Iāve had a lot of briskets and never had one that doesnāt tear like a brisket. Donāt get me wrong, it was good but was not actual brisket. I am disappointed that I paid brisket prices for chuck roast or some type of roast. I couldāve spent my money on an actual brisket.

Never been here , was coming this evening, but after reading f the reviews and the establishments responses.. the responses from management / owner is why we decided to take our group elsewhere. Those chilen fingers did look terrible , and the folks that gave a honest review the responses to them were absolutely disrespectful and the establishment didn't apologize or even acknowledge the complaint . Customers are always right..whether they are or not..let them believe it ...that is where your money comes from..insulting them and being condescending is not a good look..

I picked this restaurant while I was waiting in traffic as I saw there were only 2 customers in the store. I walked in and was ignored by the girl in glasses with multi colored hair. ( the only employee there) About 7 minutes later we I saw someone crawling on the ground in front of the other cash register when she pops up and kindly takes my order. About 10 minutes later the girl with glasses calls my name while trying to give my food to the man who ordered after me. As he said that it was not his name and I said that it was my name, she ignored me and put the food back in the kitchen. The other man said again that we were standing 10ft away as did we and she said she would get to us after. She got the other manās order ready and gave it to him. Then got my order and handed it to me without an apology or explanation or making eye contact! During all this another employee came from the back and did make eye contact we and I said that it was my name and he also completely ignored me. I might uber delivery food in the future but I would never go in that restaurant again.

The pulled pork and brisket was good, ordered togo, got told it would be 15/20 minutes but ended up having to wait 45 minutes, once we got there was told that they were out of mac n cheese so we had to pick different sides. The potato salad is awful.
My wife and I just left the pot smokers in Aiken South Carolina. This is mine and her second time there. Iāve been there three times the first time she and I went. The food was excellent. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was excellent. However this time it seemed as though our food come from a microwave because we didnāt really have time to even get our water and the food was already coming out. The wings were tough. They were ordered with no sauce thatās fine. The ribs had no flavor whatsoever had no sauce whatsoever we had to ask for some dry rub to give them some flavor and they were cold. The only thing that was hot was the french fries. The slaw wasnāt bad so we most likely will not be back due to inconsistencies.

Great food, good service, and a bargain. I had the pulled pork plate that came with two sides for $12.99. I was surprised at how much meat was piled on the plate. And it was cooked just right. I also liked sampling their selection of sauces. I was just passing through but would come here again if in the area.
