I had 14 guests for lunch at Christmas time, at the Willcox. Bruce was our server and we all can’t say enough good comments about him. He is a keeper. In my 80 years he is the BEST SERVER I have ever had. Our group just laughed and loved him. Jade was super efficient in caring

We are new empty nesters and we took the time to plan a night away.
The staff was incredibly accommodating and very friendly. Every step was next level posh. We were going to stay in a well-known resort in Asheville, but the prices were outrageous. The Willcox was very reasonable for a ‘special treat’.
The room turndown and options to make it extra special was a very nice touch- down to the homemade chocolate chip cookies.

The Willcox is a local gem and wonderful place to stay! The atmosphere is charming, historic and moody, creating a relaxing and unique experience for any age. The premium suite was very comfortable, with plenty of thoughtful details, and they offer great accommodations for dogs—welcome bag and all!
