Went today for lunch. We ordered 10 a person and wing chips. 10 at $17 a person. The wings were extremely small and overcooked. We were not able to even eat them. We ate the wing chips. We never complain at restaurants about food but this was awful. The manager came and asked if everything was ok. We told her we couldn’t even eat the wings and for the price it was awful. She only took one order of wings off of our order and said she would go find some better looking wings with her favorite sauce. The wings she gave us were also not edible. We work very hard for our money and taking a break on the weekend to not cook and go out is a luxury to us. It shouldn’t end up in aggravation and wasting money. You also shouldn’t spend money on food only to have to go get something else to eat afterwards because you are still hungry and spend more money.

I've been coming to this chain since it was one location in Statesboro and this location has always been subpar. First off, they purposely leave the phone off the hook so you can't actually talk to anyone. I went online and placed my order. Drove 30 mins from Augusta to pick up and half my order was whatever they wanted to give me. I ordered grilled tenders. They gave me some fried things and left the sides off completely. No dipping sauces. Never bothered to communicate that the order was different. They just cooked something, put it in a box and said here. I asked for a refund for the full order because leaving and having to come back, now the food was ice cold. The manager offered a gift card. I would have expected her to at least try to correct the order. Nope. Didn't even mention that. I declined the gift card because I will not return to this location.

Made an online order, and verified at store before leaving that all core items were there. Once we got home, we realized they gave us partial portions. For example, we order 25 wings and received 20, ordered an additional 10 wings and received 8, no celery when we ordered extra, and had only 3 mozzarella sticks for a $9 appetizer order. When we arrived at the store we attempt to call their number as noted in their pickup request, but the line rang as busy. Went in notified them that their line to be off the hook, in the store was not busy. I attempted to call them notify them of the inaccuracy in order once we we're home and realized we had occurred, but the line still rings busy. The store is offering no opportunities to provide feedback or get customer support. Errors happen, but this seems like intentional poor customer service.

Went for the New Year’s Eve event that was posted and never updated on Facebook. Event was a total lie- no band no drink specials last call at 9:30 couldn’t finish watching Peach Bowl, food sucked and one poor waiter for entire restaurant who ran himself ragged. Place will be closed down in a month. Would give a zero but waiter was extremely nice and worked very hard poor kid. If the place had 20 people in it tonight I would be surprised! Disappointed!

Phenomenal service! Fantastic food! Brandy was our server. She is the best! Between her, and the kitchen staff, they took care of our Christmas gathering of 18 like royalty!!! Brandy is top notch. The managers made sure we had snacks and plenty of food. We will definitely be back!! Thanks to all of the staff today. They were working from a limited menu but we never noticed. We appreciate them going above and beyond!!

Held a lunch for our workers for Christmas. They were fantastic and very accommodating with our group of 18. Brandy was our server and did an amazing job as well as the management. They all went above and beyond. The food quality and service was outstanding. These are great people!!!

Me and my bestie went on a Wednesday night. They have karaoke there. We did not know but it was cool. I ordered the wild chef salad. Definitely recommended and our waitress was excellent on service. Sorry I forgot her name. She was great.. I will mention the honey hot wings were delicious. The lemon pepper dry ones were just okay. They were too dry on the inside.
I came to wild wing cafe Saturday night. It was the best experience I’ve had in a very long time. Mi’chael and Virginia were very nice and helpful. They fulfilled all of my needs and exceeded my expectations. I hope y’all keep them on this team as I believe they will take this restaurant far!

Went to Wild Wing Cafe in Aiken to watch 1 pm football. I ordered wings flats only with dry rub. After 20 minutes wings came out without the rub and only half flats. So they sent me out 4 flats with seasoning sprinkled on them. Also, these were some of the smallest wings. I could have gone to a Chinese restaurant and paid 1/3 the price for the same sized wings. You would think that a place Called Wild Wing Cafe would be proud of there wings. Evidently, not!On the good side, tv was great and comfortable seats. And we could watch whatever game we wanted.

First time I've been here. Not impressed. Place was pretty empty, took a while to get a beer, ordered 10 wings. 20 minutes later I asked where my wings were... obviously order was not put in, as the people beside me were done eating and gone before I got my 10 wings. Then had to wait again to get another beer. Won't be going back to get $40 worth of tiny wings and a couple of beers.

Wild Wings sent food out for delivery and it was not even in a bag! Come on Staff. W Covid and all, you don’t send food out in a little red box. No security tape. Horrible way to present your food. Too cheap for a BAG, or too lazy? You’ve lost my business.
