Good food and reasonably priced compared to similar places. Waitress was attentive to our needs. Clean dining area. Beware the tablets on the table that have questions. I answered one question thinking it was for fun and afterwards, I was charged 2.99, even though I never signed up for any games. When we paid our bill using the tablet, I was charged 2.99 for a game.

Absolutely horrible. This restaurant needs a complete overhaul. The seats have holes and you can feel the springs. Service, took 3 people to clean one table in 15 minutes. The workers have no clue what they are doing.

Booths are falling apart. Soiled and stained floors. Urinal was cleaner than the sink. Totally run down. Food was fair, service was good, and that was about it.

Do not go here. Went there last night and got sick. The manager told me the coleslaw was bad due to the carrots and insinuated that he tried to pick out the carrots. My family is sick! He admitted that and wouldn’t give me a refund. Won’t be back.

I would not know anything about the food at this location or even the service. I came to Anderson South Carolina for the first time today and before I checked into the Holiday inn across the street I stopped in at Applebee's to have a bite to eat. I was alone. I stood there waiting to be seated for 15 minutes when finally the bartender looked at me and she said what do you need? I told her I just needed a table for one and she snapped back very rudely well it's going to be a minute. I looked around and more than half of the establishment was empty. I let her know that I would just take my business elsewhere if they did not have time for one person. What a shame! I would love to have so much money that I could afford to send customers away before even seating them for
So when did bartenders at Applebees decide they can be a magician and play with your drinks making whatever they feel like and when you tell them it’s not what you asked for….they say you still have to be charged for it?
My friend and I ordered a tito’s bay breeze we told her the drinks weren’t right. She brought the SAME drinks back and said “these are actually made with orange juice”…..um ok? We still didn’t ask for that, nor does the menu say anything about orange juice, and proceeded to tell us they weren’t going to fix them and that we would be charged for 4 drinks if we decided to order the CORRECT drink….huh? because their “policy” ,with only ONE SIGN hanging up by the bar that’s low so sitting at a table or booth you don’t even see it, says once the drink touches the table it’s nonrefundable. How are we suppose to know our drink is messed up if we haven’t even sipped it or you hurry up and set it down on the table. Any time we’ve went to Applebees If our drinks were messed up and we asked for them to be remade the “policy” was never brought to our attention and they remade the drinks.
THENNN she brings us the bill and says they only charged us $.50 for the drinks but they rung the mix juice in the drink separately from the liquor for $.50 & charged us $6.00 for the shot in the drink so we paid $6.50 for the drinks. Meanwhile the manager sitting at a table eating a steak like he at Ruth’s Chris. I guess it is Applebees….you get what you pay for
