We are from out of town but use to live here. Our grown kids live in Anderson still. So for a bday celebration we brought our big kids here. Brittany, our server was amazing. Listen we had 4 kids there between 13 and a newly 21 year old. They can be a bit annoying but everyone was so great. A tall guy server showed incredible patience as I kept reminding my grown ones not to stand in the isle. After all the kids left we sat the bar and had just as great service. Whoever assembled this crew did great! Oh and my steaks came out perfect medium! Hard to do at places like this. Great experience!

The food was disgusting. i got some sort of mac and cheese. the service was extremely slow. the booth across the room was also disappointed. applebees is not what it used to be. go anywhere else

Apps were decent, took long time for server check on us periodically, waited 8-10 mins to get a beer I ordered. We were there round 4 pm. Place is fine, but server lil slow. No major complaints. Will be back
Me and my girlfriend and daughter ate here on Tuesday I was disappointed I didn’t even wanna complain I just wanted to leave all we had was drinks two orders of loaded fries and two orders of boneless wings when I say that food was terrible I didn’t even wanna get my dessert and I love Applebees so this was very disappointing for me but our waitress was amazing

Worst experience I've ever had at an Applebee's. First got my appetizer order wrong. Then we watched my wife's beer "die" at the end of the bar. They are obviously short-staffed but that's not my fault. Especially when I watch other people get better service than we have.
The only saving grace was the food was really good; couldn't have asked for anything better.
Also, note to this Applebee's, if you're short-staffed, you shouldn't be training on a busy Saturday.

Don't order the bourbon mushroom burger! Absolutely Raw onions ! Over peppered hamburger and no bourbon Barbecue sauce on it witch most all restaurants have a something called that. Had so much pepper it was dangerous to eat make you cuagh
