I was quite blown away by the quality of the food and cook (Thank you, Chef Ferrie!) . All the ingredients used were fresh and perfectly seasoned - right in front of our eyes. All 3 families around the grill mentioned they didn't even need to utilize the complimentary sauces. The Japanese Clear Onion Soup was hot and a nice respite from the typical miso soup.
