These are very tasty cookies. In my opinion the cookies are over priced. So are most pastry type foods. Price increases are just a fact of doing business.

The cashier was very nice helpful and friendly. All the employees spoke and smiled and greeted us when we walked in and the service was very fast.

Crumbl offers a great operation with friendly staff and an incredibly clean environment. The price point is high, but for an every once in awhile thing it is a go-to. Customers are blown away, feeling like they are in heaven, and say you get what you pay for with the best cookies ever. The Lemon Glaze cookie was delicious, and the Key Lime cookie is anticipated. Service is fast, and the little pink box is a nice touch. Staff and owners are super responsive to issues, such as with an online order through Uber Eats. One customer came on the Fourth of July, and the manager or owner came outside to offer two free cookies and apologize for being closed. This very sweet customer service is rare, and customers will forever come to this Crumbl cookie.
