It was a full minute from the time I walked in before anybody even acknowledged that I was standing there. And another minute and a half before I was asked for my order. Then the staff had trouble with basic questions about their menu offerings (which were not clearly listed). My order did come out quickly and the food was correct, so there's that.

We have been a few times. Food is always good for Bojangles but this last experience made me not want to go back. I ordered in the drive thru. I was given tone that questioned my order, so be it. But then at the window seemed irritated for me ordering. I was given my food and checked it before leaving and the sandwich was made incorrectly so I went back and not a single apology but was seemed to give irritation bc it was wrong. I could see it being made and it was ready and neither...

Love the chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and biscuit! With honey mustard, of course. I love the bo-berry biscuits. The customer service wasn't nothing too special, but wasn't rude either.
