Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a restaurant that serves fresh and delicious food. The staff, particularly Emiro and Alexxus, are known for their exceptional customer service, being kind, patient, and informative. The restaurant's atmosphere is pleasant, and the parking and wheelchair accessibility are convenient. Customers have noted that the management and cashiers are friendly and welcoming, creating a positive environment. The kitchen staff also do a great job preparing the food. However, some issues have been mentioned, such as incorrect orders and items not matching the menu descriptions, like the 8 piece boneless wings meal which had only 5 pieces. Service can sometimes feel overlooked during busy times. Despite these concerns, the overall experience remains satisfactory, with good food and a friendly atmosphere.
