Placed a Togo order, picked it up and when I got back to work realized they forgot one of my biscuits. Called spoke with Bree(pretty sure that is what she said her name was). She apologized and sent Erwin to my work with the biscuit and a coupon for a free item on my next visit. Thank you Chic-fil-A awesome job!!
Proud to say after dozens of visits Chick-fil-A finally got my order wrong. Been waiting for a long time but they just don't seem to mess up. But this time they forgot my brownie and I am perfectly fine with it. Just happy they are human too!
Whoever designed the Chick-fil-A drive-thru system should be put in charge of the federal government. I've been going to the Chick since I was a kid and I can't remember a time where my order was wrong. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 10 minutes even if the line is wrapped around the building. If I could change anything I would suggest offering lemon pie at this location. Some Chick locations elsewhere have them.
