I placed an order for 10 traditional wings asked for all flats they said it be an up charge of $2.50. Which I think is crazy when they are quick to put all drums in an order why don’t they up charge $2.50 on all drums as well. I don’t get it cause get a order with all drums it crazy work never spending my money here again

Wingstop is a popular restaurant known for its amazing customer service. Upon arrival, customers are warmly greeted at the register and receive speedy service, with orders fulfilled in a short time. The food is a highlight, with a variety of flavors to choose from, including the standout original hot flavor that has the perfect balance of heat and flavor. The garlic Parmesan and ranch dressings are also praised. The atmosphere can be chaotic, reminiscent of a Waffle House or local iHop, but the good service and quick turnaround make up for it. The packaging of the food is notable, with large cups for the ranch dressing. While some minor issues have been noted, such as cold fries and the absence of tea, the overall experience remains positive. Customers have expressed satisfaction with their meals, including the boneless wings and fries, and appreciate the kindness shown by the staff in resolving any issues. With a rating of 8.5/10, Wingstop is a great choice for those who crave delicious wings and a welcoming atmosphere.
