I meet her with some of my church fam on Wednesday mornings. Between the "blessed burrito" and the hospitality we get from Arlene and Reba we wish we could meet here everyday. These 2 lady's should be on a teaching video for CFA employees on how to treat customers and represent CFA .. They need to be acknowledged for what they do. And John the owner is a super good guy.. God has blessed us with this restaurant 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Service is just not the same. The order taker outside today had a rude attitude, didn’t read back my order, didn’t ask for sauces. When I got to the cashier, who was incredibly nice, I had to correct my order. The line took a while for only a few cars but I think there was an issue with an order ahead of me, too. Super disappointed in this location. The Midtowne Park one is much better!
I wanted to make sure to let the owner know about how wonderful their staff was to me. Teresa took my order and I said I would like buffalo, she asked again what sauce I wanted and apologized for asking again. I feel that it was unnecessary to apologize for something like that. So you can tell she genuinely cared about the customer. Then Dora is the one who gave me my food at the window. She was so friendly and didn't seem to be forcing any kind of smile. I will say the price...
