As an avid Chipotle regular, this was not a good experience. I always excuse wait times, but the chicken was old and tough. I got the “new”honey chipotle chicken which has never let me down before. It was seasoned well but didn’t hit. What made it worse was they ran out of cheese, and the rice was old. Hate to be picky but if I’d known ahead of time they were out of cheese, I would’ve went somewhere else. A sign or notice from the workers before they start your bowl...

There are times the floor is extremely dirty (food and napkins everywhere).
The food can sometimes be burnt, block of lettuce uncut in my bowl, a big piece of avocado eon my guacamole.
8 out of 10 times the food is food.
5 out if 10 times the floor and bathrooms are dirty

Went today most amazing chicken , juicy and perfect !!! Met the new general manager she seemed really to care and that made a huge difference in our visit. Dining area was today you could tell it had been busy but everyone had a nice attitude
