The only problem I keep running into is when I do to go orders. There is something missing or messed up with the order. It happened again this morning. Check your order before you leave.

I liked this establishment better at the old location. $12 for 2 plain bagels and they didn’t even get my order right KNOWINGLY & didn’t even have the decency to accommodate me. I’ll never spend another dime here & suggest you make your own bagel at home!

Usually this is pretty good but today was terrible. Didn't have any decaf coffee left after I paid for it, I ordered home fries and got bagel chips instead, sandwiches were cold and hard.

Amazing bagels, good food and the staff is super friendly. Clean and well maintained, favorite bagel place I've had in years.

Amazing bagels and sandwiches! My favorite is a bacon, egg, and cheddar on everything. Family owned and local feel!

Had my morning bagel delivered to work. As always lightly toasted the right amount of cream cheese. Ten Zero with provolone always my go to! Best bagel in town

The eggs are always overcooked - brown, crusty and dried out. The blueberries in the muffins don't taste real. The blueberries are overly sweet and crunchy.
I find it difficult to believe your reply. We have been regular customers, and the kitchen almost always overcooks/browns the eggs. If we asked the management to correct this mistake every time we came in, we'd spend a lot of time waiting for the kitchen to get it right. I ate the blueberry muffins very carefully two days in a row, and there were no blueberries in them, just the streusel. you described.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches, got home and noticed they were burned and over cooked. Not impressed at all

Waited over 20 minutes to receive a burnt croissant and a bagel with what looked to be mold on it. Highly disappointed and will not be going back

The person who takes orders mumbles and does not waste effort smiling or being friendly. The pay scanner pops up tip first thing with no easy exit, so you are forced to tip the unfriendly service. Also, it's too hot inside. But the food is great.

Being for NY I am always on the lookout for a good bagel and this place knocked it out of the park. This is my go-to spot when in SC.
Do not pass this place up.
