El Arriero at The Shores

The place is beautiful, excellent location, an incredible place to enjoy. The food is average, Mexican music, and a 100% Mexican atmosphere. It could benefit from a manager in charge of supervising the service and waiters with a better attitude. The waiter's service was very slow and basic. They could improve their service a lot.

Really, Really slow service when they have a crowd. The food is worth the wait. Staff are super nice. We stop every chance we go out on the water.

The food wasn't great the chips tasted old. My meal wasn't great. The margaritas were very good. Service was slow.

Service was a little slow, but they appeared to be short staffed and extremely busy. Food was good, on par with most Mexican restaurants. I find it strange that most Mexican restaurants I visit do not have Água Fresca. That was always a treat I'm the cafeteria at work in Mexico. I'll be back if given the opportunity.

Food was ok but the service was horrid. I have been here several times before and normally it is much better. I have been here when it was much more busy. They must be severely understaffed. They probably don’t care as there location must print money. Severely disappointed.

Food is amazing. They make whatever you ask for to order whether it’s listed on the menu or not. Always hot and fresh. Great service and incredible views of the lake.

They show they are open. I drove a boat for 45 minutes to get there on Monday 8/18 at 2pm. They're not open.

It happened again, the last time I was here couldn't get service. Same thing everyone rushing around but nothing happening. Not sure i will try again

It was great!! I had the chicken chimichanga (sp?) it was chock full of chicken and that was the lunch special! Husband got the shrimp fajita and they were huge as well.
We came by boat on a Tuesday and Diego was great. Definitely recommend.

Food is decent but very Inconsistent. Been there and food was really good and been there and food was OK. What has always been good is the chunky guacamole!!
