We've been there twice... both times clean and very busy -- most of all, good food --- we will be back.
I came into Fazolis today for lunch and got a number 14 my best friend and I we sat for lunch and were brought 4 breadsticks of which are advertised to be unlimited. We ate them waiting for our food and once finished shortly after received our lunch. The line at the counter was long and kind you no urgency was shown no one rushed to cook more breadsticks, take orders at the counter or do anything to accommodate the rush. Called i ln a ordered only got half of what we ordered! But we didn’t get charged! But it’s a 20 minute drive from my house to Fazlli’s! Called to let them know We didn’t get all our food and the lady was very rude. She said and I quote” To be fair you didn’t pay for what u didn’t get”. How rude and disrespectful of you!
