Our first time visiting and wanted to sample everything so we grabbed the Jethro Platter. All the meats were very moist. Plenty of smoke flavor but not overpowering and allowed the flavor of the meat to come through . Great snap to the sausage links and the sides were fantastic. We will be back and bring others with us. Everyone was very friendly. They just do it right!
We saw Gavin's post on Facebook with Dylan and everything looked so delicious that we had to stop in and try it! We drove 45mins & we were not disappointed!!!Needless to say everything was absolutely delicious! We got the cowpoke platter with brisket, smoked turkey breast, pork ribs and pulled pork.
