Great nothing like Hardish breakfast. Goodro bacon, change biscuit with hash rams. Add an apple turnover.

Bad customer service, even for a fast food restaurant. Ignored at the counter while she talked to co-worker. Didn’t even try to be nice. Will not be here again.

I gave all the stars,,; because one of the managers was working alone! She have green locks in her hair. She was wonderful, respectful all the way through her hard time. She let me in because I was Door Dashing at the time

Always a great experience coming to this location. No matter how early I show up with a larger order, usually 30 plus biscuits, Beverly and her team are always cheerful and ready to help. I need to call ahead but they always get me in and out quickly anyways. This is why I keep coming to this Hardees location and not someplace else like across the street

Bad service, worse attitude. Came through at 11 am, display only shows lunch items, I order “#2 with a coke”. I pull up and when she hands the receipt i say “this isnt what I ordered, I ordered a burger”. The rude one at the window, which by the bill is “Keyonta G”tells me she has no idea what the display shows, they cant control that, but they arent serving lunch, so this is what i get. I then asked for a refund, because it shows lunch only and thats what I thought I paid for. What she rang me up and charged me for isnt shown anywhere on the menu. Before she shut the window on me, she stated i can “come back tomorrow to get my money back or leave because she aint going back and forth with me”. This location and that employee is a disgrace. You stole my money, refused to give it back, and gave me no food. Theres enough going on in my area with power out and impassable roads to deal with your BS employees and think ill drive all that way for a refund is unacceptable.

Good food, super fast, pretty clean for the huge number of customers in drive thru and dine in. Super friendly even though they're having to work on a Sunday and probably don't have power at home.

Worst service in Anderson. Had a review up and I guess it was deleted. You responded told me to contact Well I did that sucks too. No follow up. I had to call my bank and tell them it was fraud because NO ONE at Hardee's would give my my money back
This is my original review that "disappeared "
Person at the drive thru window. The RUDEST person on the earth. She needs to be fired. I placed an online order and went to pick it up she REFUSED to give me my food. Told me I needed to get out of my car and come inside. No, you read your app it clearly states I can do either. Inside or drive thru. Never got my food, and then they had the nerve to charge me for the food. I've sent several requests to speak with higher up management. I guess they don't care either. But I will be letting my bank know about the fraudulent charge. This Hardee's is awful. Now I know why they closed it got so long. The manager I guess answered the phone when I called to complain will not stop talking so you can tell her what happened she seems like one of those people that have to have the last word and always right. I told her to be quiet so I could speak she hung up on me. I'm not screaming over some person who will not listen it was like talking to a 3 year old. They clearly have no clue how the app reads maybe give them a weekend training on how to treat customers and how to properly use the Hardee's app and what the app tells the customers what they can do. It clearly says, "Skip the line and come inside and grab your food OR PULL INTO THE DRIVE THRU LINE AND LET US KNOW WE'LL GET YOU YOUR FOOD!!!!!. Can they not read??

While waiting in line, the gentleman in front of me explained that last time he was in he was shorted two hash browns and did mnot want to drive back to correct it. The manager was extremely rude and told him he should have kept his receipt and should have called that day and that she had to control food costs he wasn’t getting anything. He kindly responded ma’am I want to pay for what I get, but I also want to get what I pay for. He got his food and walked out. As he left, the manager told everyone in the store that her food cost were high she wasn’t giving away anything.
While I was eating a man came in and stood at the unattended counter. After several minutes he thought she was asking him what he wanted. He told her 2 for $5 steak add egg. She yelled from the kitchen “ I wasn’t talking to you. “
I run my own business. Never would I allow my customers to be treated like this. What is $3 worth of hash browns vs a lifetime of lost business?

I am not happy due to the eye rolling when I asked for mayo then telling the other girl she didn't hear me so I said it louder and then the disrespect of handing the packets to me then I told her she didn't have to sling them she decided to yell and tell me I got the right girl today!!!! What is wrong with people because she was so disrespectful to everyone their while I was there
