If you want to freeze and use damp napkins, this is your place. Bacon on potato skins was more fat than bacon, Disgusting.
We ate dinner at downtown Anderson tonight. Had a roach crawl across our table. Could not even begin to finish our dinner. Didn’t seem like anyone really cared that there was a bug that. Crawled across the side of the table my husband was at and then it crawled back towards my food. I gave up eating. Still had half an entree salad left. $30 for 2 salads and that happens. Will not be returning.
The food is great! They didn’t rush us and the waitress was great!

J Peters Grill & Bar offers great service and delicious food. The club sandwich is loaded with ham and turkey, while the Ahi salad comes with piled-high onion straws. The salmon is tasty and the rack of ribs is impressive. The staff is so nice, and the food is amazing, though the floor can sometimes be trashy. The owner has been seen yelling at a chef, but the waitresses and atmosphere are very good. The prime rib is a popular choice, especially during the early bird special. While prices can be a little high, the meals are worth it, and the service has improved since past visits. A nice spot for a meal with good food and cold drinks.
