Received the wrong order. Did not ask for it to be replaced but called to let them know. It was too late to have order replaced. The girl I spoke to proceeded to tell us we made a mistake ordering. I asked how? She said we did not place it directly with them. We did it thru the company website So how is this not directly ordered thru you she had no answer. Ended conversation bc it was obvious she was not going to be of any help. She did not even ask me what the name or address was in the order. I called on my phone and the order was placed from my husband’s computer where we have the company website downloaded. We have been loyal customers for years. That will change as of now.

I paid $30 for a fundraiser card and Marcos is on it good for five uses at any upstate location. What good is it if this location looks at promo code and tells me we can't use it. Now i only have 4 use left and i wasted one for nothing. Maybe you misunderstand and there is a different way to process an order from fundraiser promos. I need someone to reach out and tell me what the problem is but until I think they didn't even try to help.
Since this review, the manager reached out to resolve this issue. It was greatly appreciated and I hope to improve my review. So I've bumped it up a little in reflection of service. We will see... Thanks!

This is my second time at Marcos. The first time my pizza was not worth the money. Today my pizza was really good. The girl at the counter is not friendly an looks like she hates to be there. At least the guy that handed me my pizza was fiendly. Not sure if I will return
Went and ordered my food they told me it would be 10 minutes. I came back in 10 minutes later they lost my order only 2 regular cheese pizzas. I ordered in front of a staff of 5 that were playing on their phones the whole time. The lady said it would be an additional 10 minutes so I waited. While people came straight in and got their food before me. Got back home and the pizza was uncooked and doughy. First time going to a Marcos and the last.

Marcos never disappoints. We ordered three pizzas and a dessert and it was actually 50 percent off all pizzas so instead only it being 50 and some change it was 29. You can’t beat that. Food was great. The only complaint would be they didn’t cut it all the way

I've only been here twice during the past year. It used to be so good.
It's hard to justify the cost when the pizza is thin crust and you didn't order thin crust.
But that's my fault for not checking the pizza before I left for home
