Love the Pizza
Been awhile since I've been here. I used to order pizza to go every other week.
I've only been here twice during the past year. It used to be so good.
It's hard to justify the cost when the pizza is thin crust and you didn't order thin crust.
But that's my fault for not checking the pizza before I left for home

Worst customer service every time .. we say every time we will give them another shot and terrible service every time food is ok but it’s not worth dealing with the incompetent workers there. Management doesn’t care I’ve previously tried to reach out and address this issue before . I’m currently fed up with this location and a change needs to be made! 0/10

I have to give a 2 star just for the service. They clearly don't know what curbside means. This is the 3rd time I ordered curbside and noone brings it out. Cant use we were busy as an excuse bc that's happened with zero customers and 3 employees standing around. Not happy.

Wish there was zero stars! Picked up our order and they did not include our salad and refused to make it right. They expected us to return to restaurant to pick it up. Brandon was manager I spoke to, if I owned this business I would be so embarrassed there was nothing offered except to refund for salad but I have to go get it. I’ll never order here again! Keep the money!

I went to the 1815 E location on 10-12-24 the lady did a great job getting or order together. Just a helpful tip for management if you don't figure out how to retain your employees you want have a business. The lady was by herself all day and still was polite to the customers.
We ordered a thick crust pizza and was given a thin crust instead. I called the store to let them know and was told by the manager Brandon that there was nothing they could do about it. Since when do you sell someone something other than what they order and not even offer to remake it???

We recently went to Marco's for pizza and planned on eating it there. It was absolutely awful. Crust was burned at edges. One medium with 2 toppings and a small salad = $25.
Last time I'll eat a Marco's pizza.

Man, it’s crazy out there right now. They did a fantastic job handling the massive backup of almost an entire city wanting pizza. It’s one of the few places open and with power so it’s gunna be insane. But the lady running the front was professional while also not letting anything get to her. Great customer service. Worth it.
