These 2 lady's should be on a teaching video for CFA employees on how to treat customers and represent CFA .. They need to be acknowledged for what they do. And John the owner is a super good guy.. “We've been coming here for over 2 years. This is the absolute best individual Chick-fil-A we have eaten at time and time again. The staff (even if in training) are always on their A game, they always have a specific member cleaning the facility inside, outside, maintaining the restrooms and keeping the garbage from over flowing. Many other locations do not. Very punctual with food, all the staff stays calm during the most hectic hours. Constantly a wonderful experience!“

“Very nice location with lots of parking and the staff is really nice. I made my purchase and I was short by a few cents,when I said I would go to my car to get it ,the cashier reached in her pocket and took care of it. You don't see that anymore, thumbs up to the staff.“

“Why do drivers keep leaving orders on the porch when contactless delivery wasn't selected? Some drivers are courteous enough to make a phone call. The app used to let you type instructions and I always asked for a phone call. Now thats not an option but the number is still on the receipt. We have stray cats in my neighborhood and I do not want food I am feeding my son to sit outside. This has happened multiple times. If I leave a $10 tip for a 1 mile drive I believe it's worth a 5 second phone call.“

The were soooo kind, patient and informative. We had quite a few BUSY children with us and they were so understanding and helpful.
