“This Zaxbys is located in a very convenient location especially for travelers. We ordered food online so it would be ready once we arrived. we marked our spot and still had to wait awhile. No problem. The problem came where after waiting for about 5-7 minutes after the expected time of arrival, no one ever bought our food out to our car. My husband went it to check on our order and it was just sitting on the counter. Cold. The fries were super salty. They were inedible. It was mediocre at best. Unfortunately for us, we couldn't have them rectify this due to us not checking our food until we had actually left. I didn't feel like turning around so I just ate the wings and tossed the fries. To be fair, I have been to this restaurant in passing in the past and food and service has always been ok. We travel back and forth from GA to NC very often so this place is right on the way to our destination. I will chalk this up to "having an off day" and will give them one more shot.Parking: There were plenty of places to park so no problem at all there.“
“Seated after about a 35 minute wait at happy hour, and it was well worth it. The cheddar hushpuppies, oysters and atmosphere are like none other in Greenville. Wait staff was outstanding and very attentive to us in every way, treating us like regulars. It was neat seated in front of the shucker, watching his hard work, and even sharing conversation with him. I look forward to returning for more great food!“

“I went to this place for the first time to celebrate my birthday food was great but unfortunately there’s no parking so I park across and in the hour my car got towed so I end expending $170 all in total $50 for lunch and to get my car back $120 I had never done anything like this. “I come here for smoothies and lunch at least 2 times a week. Couldn’t recommend it more. Couple things-1) The staff is always excellent and friendly.2) The food is excellent. The sandwiches are as well executed as the smoothies. They use bread from rise bakery, which is about 100 ft. Even the soup is great!3) They have Storey farm local eggs for sale, which I am biased, are probably the best eggs you can buy.“

She answered all my questions about different menu items and helped me choose the most delicious item. She was so personable. She made a connection with my littles with me. “Sat outside on a nice evening, which is a great vibe. Didn't realize the burger comes with no side at all, but we got the Three Way with truffle fries, sweet potato fries, and fried pickles, which was perfect to share (tho truffle fries taste better in the sweet marmalade sauce and sweet potato fries taste better in the dijon.) We split the beer cheese burger, which was fine - I mostly liked it for the pretzel bun. It's smaller than I thought it would be. We also shared a freaks ahoy shake (which they customized for my birthday!) and the ice cream sandwich on top was great, but the milkshake itself had no cookie pieces - it was just vanilla, and mostly milk. If we had to do it again, we'd get the salted caramel "non-freaky" shake and try to get a side of bacon to go with it.Service was generally good and quick, though points off for our server denying that our shake didn't have any cookies in it, when we were the ones eating it and clearly not finding any. (But I wouldn't get that shake again anyway - I was picturing an oreo-like cookies & cream shake with a mayfield-like ice cream sandwich on top, not chocolate chip cookies. So the name is a play on chips ahoy store cookies.)“
