Very long wait times, incorrect orders, All the same complaints as everyone else. If you're going to charge for sauce, ask people if they would like extra sauce as they're paying. Pretty simple.“

“Pros about this location are the parking and seating.
Cons are the quality of the food and portions. I always get the steak and feta pita. It has two different smears on the inside. At this location, the quantity of the smears was low and when the pita was rolled, you got all of one.

My husband got the steak harissa bowl and he said the steak tasted off. He is guessing it was cooked right after the lamb and the grill wasn't cleaned.“

“Fabulous neighborhood restaurant ! Classy but not snobby, relaxed but not sloppy. Good food even though the menu is not huge. Sure you can fund something though, and the Chef will accommodate!“

“we LOVE fresh salads!! everything is amazing and all of the workers are so nice. Sometimes they have the orange poppi and it’s the PERFECT match for the Chicken bacon ranch wrap and potato salad! This isn’t our first time here and won’t be our last!“

“The customer service was GREAT! The cheese bite things were such a curveball. It was without a doubt the best cheese bites I’ve EVER had. The Mac inside was perfectly cooked and proportioned. The cheese was not overly sharp or too subtle, but just right.“

“Kuka juice is one the most refreshing juices in the US today. With all of the chemicals in food and drink, it is nice to drink a juice with so many preserved vitamins and the juice combinations complement each other perfectly! I would recommend the juice to anyone looking for a different juice alternative.“

“Food - Great!, Time to get it - Terrible. Came in to order take out Sunday evening at 5:53pm, did not get the order brought out UNTIL 6:33 pm (35MINUTES for 2 dinners, both a Teriyaki.) ALSO, Menu for Teriyaki Shrimp (small) said $12.00, BUT the charge was $15.00. When I asked about that they said, sorry - misprint. Come on.“

“Everything I've ever eaten here has been delightful. We are GF (gluten free) and vegan. Sidewall has the best GF pizza Everrrr. Hands down. Also, every employee that I've encountered there is kind, patient, helpful and really wants to make sure you have a great experience. Even when they're super busy, Sidewall staff are always on top of things. I had a an over-the-top experience today at the Travelers Rest location in the afternoon, and I am oh-so-forever grateful for them today.“

“My wife and I ate here for the first time today and our food was THE BEST meal we have eaten in all the years I have been coming to Spartanburg & Greenville. The FrenchFries were the best I've ever had, and the Ham Croquettes were delicious as well. The smash burger and Tropical Chicken sandwich was delicious too. It is not very often that you go to a restaurant and everything is cooked to perfection. I couldn't have asked for a better meal at any price!!!“

“I rec the pick 2 because you can literally pick 2 different things.. salad soup salad wich spud nachos nachos wich spud wich I mean do I need to keep going for the many diff combos. The Rueben was great and so was the Veggie Spud. something about that Ro-tel cheese that takes it home. I can't wait to try the chicken tortilla soup and the nachos next time. “We are new to the area and we came upon this location by accident. I was really impressed. The team at this Chick-Fil-A location demonstrated excellent customer service. The food order was prepared correctly for my family of 5 and it tasted delicious. I highly recommend this location.“

“This was my first time eating here. While I was waiting on my lunch date to arrive, my left side began to ache again. (I’m fighting a bad case of a UTI) Marie, the counter lady, welcomed me and noticed my condition so I told her what was going on. She whipped me up a cranberry/pineapple w/lemon water thing that has actually made me feel better! Plus Marie was actually happy to help and very sympathetic. The food was good too! I wanted to break a $10 bill to leave a good tip but due to plexiglass & mask + noise the cashier didn’t hear me & just gave me change for the order. I wanted to use debit but just went with the situation.“

“Hard to go wrong here. Can watch them make your food through a nice little window. Quality of food is good. I'd suggest substituting the ginger sauce for the shrimp sauce. I believe personally has a lot more flavor and definitely has a lot of this calories.“

“I had an excellent customer service experience at Chick-fil-A today. Yesterday, I paid with a $100 bill at the drive-through, picked up my food, and accidentally drove away before getting my change. I didn’t realize what had happened until later that night.

Thankfully, I still had my receipt, so I went back today and spoke with the manager, Owen. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to contact the manager who had been working the previous day, verified what happened, and made sure I received my change.

I really appreciate the honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service. It’s reassuring to know there are still businesses and employees who genuinely care about doing the right thing. Thank you, Owen and the Chick-fil-A team!“

“Just ordered uber eats with wing spot and I gotta give it up for yall! This food was bomb! It was delivered fast, it was hot and fresh and the portions were huge! Definitely have leftovers which is a plus. The large house special fried rice was delicious! I'd recommend adding chicken to it instead of Chiccarones just because I have sensitive teeth and they were a bit hard for me personally but other than that it was delicious. I also ordered sweet and sour chicken and a side of cream cheese wontons. Everything was hittin! I recommend the place for a quick pick up. It was a hard decision not to get some wings but I was craving Chinese food so that's what I got this go round. It was my first time trying it and it won't be my last. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to wing spot and uber eats drivers for delivering! It was bomb. I'll order again!“
