“I have dairy allergies, and this place is so, so careful with my food. I called ahead, explained my allergy, and not only did they guide me to allergy safe menu options, they carefully used dairy free utensils and trays to prepare the pizza. They cooked it a little less since I couldn't have cheese, so they didn't burn the sauce.

I don't get to enjoy pizza often because I can't often trust that people will be careful. It is such a blessing to have a local place that makes amazing food, and is always so very careful!“

“this location was super busy inside and out but the employees were quick to greet and serve customers as quickly as possible. i got carry out and everything was correct and fresh. the manager was actively assisting with the growing line that was impeding traffic at the door by corralling people to better waiting areas and making sure a staff member was at each register. even with the chaos of guests everywhere and kids running around on a saturday, the manager and employees were all very friendly and efficient.“

“I ordered $30 of chicken finger plates, got home and the order was wrong. Upon returning to the store to fix the issue, the manager Nate was very understanding and offered a full refund or correct order. I just wanted my food, so he made sure the order was made fresh and it was hands down the best meal I’ve ever had from any Zaxby’s. 10/10 will visit again!“

I was at your location (Best Location by the way) and was assisted by Anna and Cynthia, both of whom portrayed great customer service as they assisted me and some friends who had not had Cava previously. I am sure our menu items were a little more difficult as we asked questions, but Cynthia and Anna both really soared and did a wonderful job. “Came here with my friend, we're both from out of state and wanted something fresh and healthy. I had the Baja salad and she had the Asian salad. Both were incredibly delicious! Staff was so friendly and the dining area is bright and clean!! Great value too for the large portion! Really enjoyed it and would come back again in a heartbeat!!“

“The customer service was GREAT! The cheese bite things were such a curveball. It was without a doubt the best cheese bites I’ve EVER had. The Mac inside was perfectly cooked and proportioned. The cheese was not overly sharp or too subtle, but just right.“

With all of the chemicals in food and drink, it is nice to drink a juice with so many preserved vitamins and the juice combinations complement each other perfectly! I would recommend the juice to anyone looking for a different juice alternative.“

“We catered Harvey's for our residents Friendsgiving event at Brushy Creek Post Acute. The food was delicious but the service was even better! The staff was incredibly kind from the beginning starting with Kristy over the phone and the staff (I should have gotten their names) that helped me load all of the food into my car. “Food - Great!, Time to get it - Terrible. Came in to order take out Sunday evening at 5:53pm, did not get the order brought out UNTIL 6:33 pm (35MINUTES for 2 dinners, both a Teriyaki.) ALSO, Menu for Teriyaki Shrimp (small) said $12.00, BUT the charge was $15.00. When I asked about that they said, sorry - misprint. Come on.“

“There was a large group of men that came in just before us. Eva was extremely patient with everyone and very polite. She wasn’t bothered at all by the large group arriving all at once and made sure everyone received their order promptly and greeted them with a smile.“

“Everything I've ever eaten here has been delightful. We are GF (gluten free) and vegan. Sidewall has the best GF pizza Everrrr. Hands down. Also, every employee that I've encountered there is kind, patient, helpful and really wants to make sure you have a great experience. Even when they're super busy, Sidewall staff are always on top of things. I had a an over-the-top experience today at the Travelers Rest location in the afternoon, and I am oh-so-forever grateful for them today.“

“I give 4 stars for the atmosphere because of the physical location. It's next to a major highway and gets very busy during lunch. Often times find cars cannot get in and out of this location very easily if the line is backed up. The parking lot is small and access to it gets closed during these busy times so many people have to park away from the restaurant and cross the road which has no designated pedestrian crossing. The inside of the store is nice and clean, plus it's one of the few restaurants in Easley with a playground which is nice. I've even seen staff clean it during the day which is what all parents hope for. This location specifically has friendlier, well trained staff than other locations I've been to and my orders are the most accurate at the Easley Chick-fil-A than any other fast food restaurant I've ever been to.“

“This was my first time eating here. While I was waiting on my lunch date to arrive, my left side began to ache again. (I’m fighting a bad case of a UTI) Marie, the counter lady, welcomed me and noticed my condition so I told her what was going on. She whipped me up a cranberry/pineapple w/lemon water thing that has actually made me feel better! Plus Marie was actually happy to help and very sympathetic. The food was good too! I wanted to break a $10 bill to leave a good tip but due to plexiglass & mask + noise the cashier didn’t hear me & just gave me change for the order. I wanted to use debit but just went with the situation.“

“I rec the pick 2 because you can literally pick 2 different things.. salad soup salad wich spud nachos nachos wich spud wich I mean do I need to keep going for the many diff combos. The Rueben was great and so was the Veggie Spud. something about that Ro-tel cheese that takes it home. I can't wait to try the chicken tortilla soup and the nachos next time. They got fresh baked cookies too.“

“My wife and I ate here for the first time today and our food was THE BEST meal we have eaten in all the years I have been coming to Spartanburg & Greenville. The FrenchFries were the best I've ever had, and the Ham Croquettes were delicious as well. The smash burger and Tropical Chicken sandwich was delicious too. It is not very often that you go to a restaurant and everything is cooked to perfection. I couldn't have asked for a better meal at any price!!!“

“I had an excellent customer service experience at Chick-fil-A today. Yesterday, I paid with a $100 bill at the drive-through, picked up my food, and accidentally drove away before getting my change. I didn’t realize what had happened until later that night.

Thankfully, I still had my receipt, so I went back today and spoke with the manager, Owen. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to contact the manager who had been working the previous day, verified what happened, and made sure I received my change.

I really appreciate the honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service. It’s reassuring to know there are still businesses and employees who genuinely care about doing the right thing. Thank you, Owen and the Chick-fil-A team!“

“I wanted to order a few times before I left a review. I think I have gotten lunch from surcheros about 4-5 times now through delivery. It is amazing every time! fresh ingredients, flavorful, the amount of food for the price is on point. I can eat the CHARGRILLED SALAD without any dressing because there's so much flavor and the dressings they have are delicious. My son and I have also had the quesadillas and burrito. All top tier, haven't been disappointed yet. My new favorite place!“

“Just ordered uber eats with wing spot and I gotta give it up for yall! This food was bomb! It was delivered fast, it was hot and fresh and the portions were huge! Definitely have leftovers which is a plus. The large house special fried rice was delicious! I'd recommend adding chicken to it instead of Chiccarones just because I have sensitive teeth and they were a bit hard for me personally but other than that it was delicious. I also ordered sweet and sour chicken and a side of cream cheese wontons. Everything was hittin! I recommend the place for a quick pick up. It was a hard decision not to get some wings but I was craving Chinese food so that's what I got this go round. It was my first time trying it and it won't be my last. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to wing spot and uber eats drivers for delivering! It was bomb. I'll order again!“
