I’ve tried Smoothie King in Anderson 3 times. My first experience was very pleasant. The last 2 times were not pleasant to say the least. Really don’t know if I should try again.
Placed an online order on the 1st of October at 3:48. Went there to pick it up where they said they didn’t get it because of no WiFi. Then they said I should get a refund which it’s been days now and no refund. They still took my money and been calling but no answer. I will never buy from this location again .

They have the worse employees only meet one nice one. The smoothies are watered down. They don’t wanna make nothing right after spending $30 on smoothies! They will not get another penny from me!

Everytime I go to this store I receive nothing but smiles and friendly faces. I always ask them to make me something to give me a boost of energy and they tell me my options. They are very knowledgeable and customer centric.
What a wonderful experience from the time I entered to the time I left. The manager Bre greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm. My smoothie was made to perfection as always when I come to this store. I’d made a comment on how clean the store was & she complimented my eyebrows. It made my day because I was overheated & not feeling so great. But the atmosphere & energy I received truly made me smile.

This place never disappoints. No matter what you order, everything always taste amazing. I'm on my weight loss journey, gastric bypass, and Smoothie King has been a huge help in this process. Girls at counter refused to speak to me or help me. Came in with my kids. I walked out. It is Monday February 15, 2024. 9:46am Hopefully their boss fires them for not helping a customer. Very bad attitude. The black girl was racist towards whites too. I got the eye roll too. Just her expression in disgust towards me. Shame on the people who own this place.
On April 13 about 2:00 my bill for one smoothie came to $10.02. I gave the snowflake cashier $20.02 in cash. After several attempts using a calculator she couldn’t give me the correct amount of change. Even though I said three times I gave you $20.02. She could not figure out that my change was $10.00. I asked for my money back and left. No idea what the smoothie taste like.

I love smoothie king ! The young lady who is always there in the mornings ( orange hair , african american ) always have my smoothie tasting delicious . But unfortunately they always have her in there by herself . He having to make 15 customer smoothies , on top of online orders is insane . Smoothie king , yall need to do better and try to have her some help . She’s awesome , if i knew how to make smoothies and it wasn’t a liability for me to get behind the counter and help her i most definitely would’ve .
Anderson location- Too bad I can’t give a ZERO star. Went to the drive through and was told the window was for pick up only and I had to have the app. Meanwhile there were NO CARS ON THE LOT and 3 employees standing around on their phones and talking and laughing. They could have made my order and given great customer service instead of losing a customer and getting the store a bad review. These useless college kids who want to make $15 an hour suck. Hire some mature adults that could have thought through this process. “Oh I’m so sorry, this window is for pick up only, but if you tell me your order I’ll take you card and you can park in the lot while I make your order and I’ll run it out to you when it’s ready.” FAIL and I am not a Karen. Learn to use your brain.
