Awful. Not real tuna!! I don’t go to Subway

I had the opportunity to visit this establishment, and I was not disappointed. When it was my turn in line, I was met by an employee named chloe. I placed my order and chloe advised me that all that was remaining in the turkey container was scraps. Chloe asked her partner to go and retrieve some more Turkey so that she could properly make my sandwich. This was absolutely the best looking and best tasting sandwich that i've had from a Subway in many years. Chloe did a service to your business and she needs recognition. While I was in the dining room eating, I noted that she was busy cleaning and doing other things. The restaurant did appear to me to be very clean looking and smelling. Please tell her about this review if you see it. I WILL be back!!

Came here twice in the last 3 months and both times they completely messed the orders up. No one cares how they make the food. I would not recommend this Subway if you're in Anderson.

So very disappointed. They are not following formulas for sandwiches, bread is burned on top and doughy on the bottom. The bread was chewy and gross. They had one employee trying to serve ten people. I'm giving a two because he was very patient but everything else was terrible. They were out of almost EVERYTHING. The store was not clean and at least 4 people walked out and we should have.

Ordered a sandwich. Got to register and asked the young guy if they still gave military discounts....he said yes....paid and looked at the receipt, no discount.

worst subway to go to ! manager has a nasty attitude to be trying to work with the public! she need to practice her customer service skills! and go to the dentist and then smile maybe they will get customers!

This has to be the worst subway in Anderson. Bread was burnt, veggies were pitiful, service was lacking personality and friendliness. If I wasn’t in a time crunch I definitely would have eaten somewhere else. I do not recommend eating here.

She was vacuuming, the air vents above the food when I came in for my sandwich.
Charged me $12 for a wrap that’s not a wrap I won’t be back.

Went in and my mother and I got a turkey sub and a meatball sub. We got the combos for a 6” and got 2 cookies. Got home with no cookies and my mom’s sub only had 2 meatballs. I tried to call and no one answered.

Sat in drive thru for 15+min. There were 3 guys working and they took 5 walk in orders before even acknowledging me. When they finally did, they didn’t even have my whole order and were missing the chips. I waited another 5 min and finally walked in to pick it up. I asked them if they’d forgotten about me and they kid just had a blank stare and said they’d been “swamped”….If 3 guys can’t take 5 orders in the span on 20 min then I suggest you rethinking your hiring decisions.

The last four times that I have been here, there's only been one employee . Between other customers and online orders, there is always a significant wait. Apparently, they are too cheap to hire any help. I will not be using this location anymore.

Walked in thru the door and was automatically told they are not serving anyone. Literally walked right back out. This place is a mess. So many issues. This store needs to be closed. It’s a shame.
