I understand a busy Friday night. I ordered over the phone and asked before I ordered how long it would be. I was told 35 minutes. Well, it was nowhere near that. I left my house and waited in the restaurant what seemed like forever! Not sure but setting customer
Expectations should be a priority. The food is always fantastic! As busy as they are they should consider expanding and getting some more help or a bigger kitchen!

Five stars from our whole family! Thai Spice is hands-down one of our favorite spots in Anderson. Every visit is a treat—from the perfectly steamed edamame to the crispy, flavorful spring rolls. The Massaman curry is rich and comforting, and the teriyaki chicken is always a hit with the kids. But the real standouts? The Spicy Basil Noodles and Pineapple Stir-Fried Chicken—absolutely packed with flavor and cooked to perfection.
We’re big fans of spice, and even the medium heat level here brings serious fire 🔥—so spice lovers, be warned (and delighted). And don’t even get us started on the Tom Yum soup—it’s our go-to favorite, with that perfect balance of tangy, spicy, and savory.
Thai Spice is a gem in our little town, and we’re so glad to have it nearby. Delicious food, friendly service, and bold flavors that keep us coming back!

Best thai ive ever had.
The food was impeccable. However, the service was one of the worst I have seen. Our waiter came up to our table after 15 minutes of us being there and asked for our drink orders. It had been so long, we were also ready to order our food. 45 minutes later, our waiter refilled our waters That had been bone dry for 15 minutes. Another 15 minutes goes by before a nice lady came out and brought us one of our two entrées. 10 minutes later, our second entrée came out. While, it came out, we had to ask for our appetizer that we had ordered in the beginning, which they then had to start cooking. All in all it took an hour and 10 minutes to get our two entrées and order of crab Rangoon’s. Our server came to our table twice within that time span. Side-note, it was not very busy. Also, the bathroom was disgusting, and floors were slippery.

I came today with my family and we were here first, it was at least 15-20 minutes before a party of 6 came inside and they all got their plates before we did and we have been waiting for about two hours. The inside is also dirty it’s like mold on the ceilings. The food is great but the customer service is honestly not as good as I was expecting

I ordered the chicken cashew and the menu stated sautéed with vegetables. The order came and the chicken was deep-fried and I did not want deep fried. When I presented this to the waitress, she was defiant stating it always came deep-fried and I showed her the menu where it said sautéed and she took it back to the manager, who did absolutely nothing and she just insisted that it was fried and that was that. No customer service. I will not go back.
