I ordered thru DoorDash, and doordashes policy is that you can’t get a refund if the order has already been prepared. They didn’t have fries and want us to get a refund for our order if we want a different side because of “inventory.” Although it’s a combo…. Terrible service in my opinion.
When they get your order right and the quality is decent, it's absolutely delicious. But majority of the time they are going to mess up your order. If I could find a restaurant in Anderson that can make a hot mess melt without onions, I'd never eat here again. And good luck trying to call anyone to get any kind of help. Luckily Doordash has been adamant about taking care of the issue everytime. I wish they'd do a better job because their sandwiches are some of the best I ever...read full review

My first and last time ordering from them! I ordered the hot mess melt, it only had meat and cheese, the cheese wasn't even melted. They were out of fries and onion rings, they only had 2 drink options available, I ordered the dessert they have it was dry and didn't look appetizing. I don't recommend
