I have been to this restaurant several times and every time it has been fantastic. The service is quick and efficient. The food is fresh and delicious. Everyone is friendly. We have food allergies in our family and every person is quick to change gloves and make appropriate accommodations without us even having to ask. Dante, specifically, is professional and friendly.
I’m sorry. But at the Anderson location the rice does not taste fresh. I’ve tried two separate times and it was very hard and dry and gave me a stomach ache. A large portion of the meal is rice. Please take some pride in your work and food and serve fresh quality food. Old rice is dangerous from a food borne illness standpoint as well.

I know the staff are just kids, but couldn't they try to be a little friendly? Or at least act respectful? There was one person who acted nice, and I think he must have been the manager. The counter staff stood with their backs to me talking to each other and didn't acknowledge me for a long time. Actually, I'm not sure they ever spoke.
