Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes.
We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes.
She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤
Definitely not going back and it was my first time today!

DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!

Disgusting. Sooo much grease that I was actually nauseous while attempting to eat this vile excuse for chicken. I threw it out after eating one piece. My chicken fingers were laying in a pool of grease and the fries were a soggy mess (see pics). Avoid at all costs.

They do not greet when you walk in. Let fry’s sit out before bagging. You can see there is no teamwork when walking through the door. Their timing is not accurate. No gloves when handling food. Eating on the line.

I cannot see how this place can stay here in Anderson South Carolina open when you have a one hour wait for wings when you can drive one mile down the street to Wing Burger City and get similar wings with only a 10 minute wait. I was so excited when WingStop came to Anderson. It has been such a disappointment due to the long wait times

I waited in line for 20 minutes just to get up there and ask how long of a wait 10 wings we’re going to be. And they said an hour and a half that is ridiculous. The workers seem to not care at all, which is not my problem because I didn’t tell them to work at

The food is delicious! Every time I’ve went I’ve been satisfied. The atmosphere, I’d compare to a Waffle House or the local iHop. It’s no restaurant, but you know the food is good if you order
They don’t wear gloves they don’t wear hairnets they don’t wash their hands. They finished sweeping and playing on their phone then proceeded to put my food in the bag. They are not good at costumer service. I will not be back
