When I say Nasty customer service foremost. I don’t know how they are still open. I put in an online order at 5:30 pm for later pickup at 7:45. I pull up and ask for my order at 7:45, they tell me it would be 15 more minutes…. Knowing I placed this order 2 hours ago. Honestly it’s ridiculous. Second, I get home and the wings I paid for were complete trash, so over cooked the meat was not edible on most of them and honestly no sauce or spices on my wings at all. Honestly gross, I could make way better at home. They should be shamed charging people $50 for that garbage. Fries were decent some had seasoning but the other half was just plain. Wingstop needs to care more about their customer and fire most people there and restart or just shut down this place. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like with the way the workers act. I will never ever step foot in the nasty place ever again. Shameful.

If you get dry rub dont leave it in yhe box too long or the flavor falls off from steam. But other than that all flavors slap. The corn is a must and the voodoo fries are a must as well

Night Shift Manager, Lydia was amazing! Made me check my order before I left the counter to be sure it was what I wanted and how I wanted! Even suggested I get more sauce on my dry rib wings! An all round great experience with top notch customer service

If I could give less than 1, I would in a heartbeat. We ordered wings for pickup and once we arrived home, we noticed every single wing was covered in feathers.. Not the mention the order smelled old and rotten. Will not come back, and do not recommend.

Bolton site is disgusting, the floor was so dirty, the service is shocking and good took ages to come and was cold. won't be returning

Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.

I went to Kingston today ordered 4 louisiana rub and 4 Lemon pepper with the fried corn it was amazing!! The man who cooked my food name was WEEKEND!! I know because I called to let them know how perfect it was!! so I think he should call himself SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! Thank you Wingstop on NorthMarket!! Everyone is so pleasant and Helpful!!

The workers here are rude and don’t want to do their job for some reason. It seems like this place just hires anyone that walks in. When I came in, the lady at the front didn’t even look at me. I told her I was picking up a mobile order and they made me think it wasn’t ready. After I sat and waited 10-15 minutes, someone finally checks the shelf and my order was sitting there the entire time. Another time, I came in and the lady took someone else’s order first even though I was already standing there for 5 minutes and that whole time she ignored me. Almost every time I went here, I ordered 8 wings and they would always give me 6 drums and 2 flats. There should always be an even mix. And there was barely any fries with the combo I ordered. If I was manager, I would be beyond embarrassed if my employees acted like this on the job. I will not be back here.

im usually not the person to comment on fast food place. ive worked in fast food for years and would never let my crew do what i seen today. employees not wearing gloves, very rude, and when i came in, one of the girls that was behind the counter was on the phone and complaining and wanted to go home…(which i understand because ive said the same thing but not were my customers can hear) just out of all of everything, i seen, it was just not wearing gloves while being in the kitchen and not washing their hands.

Workers are incredibly rude and vulgar. Yelling cusswords out from the back of the store. Food isn't nearly good enough to deal with the awful people working there.
