The last few times I’ve been to this location, since the renovation, the service has been incredible! Drive thru has been super fast, the employees have been polite, and the food delicious. When you’ve got a short lunch break, Zaxby’s helps it stretch!
I'm leaving this Zaxbys now and had to get on here and give them a top rating and state what a great experience I just had. The place was packed when I arrived and they did so good dealing with the crowd and getting everything out in a timely manner and even with a few rude customer, the staff was handling it and dealing with customers with a smile on their faces. We ordered $80 worth of food tonight. 3 Mr. Breast boxes, a Zax Snack and a family tender meal. That's a lot of chicken so I ordered online for in store pickup. The order was ready on time, the staff was friendly and helpful and everything was fresh and amazing!! We order zaxbys every time we have all of our kids together because it's always a win. I have had nothing but good experience at this location!
