Went to the drive thru and was passed over 3 times. Finally pulled out and went back around to order, and the lady sounded irritated, and I get her frustration. I also work in food service but the service that I get from McDonald’s period is always TERRIBLE! Today just happen to be one of those days where all I wanted to do was get my breakfast and go on about my business but the way I had to go about getting it was unacceptable! I just had a great experience at McDonald's! I don't know her last name , but Donna is a keeper! She deserves a raise! You need more employees like her! I will definitely be following up on this experience!
