6/28 - girl working drive thru was rude and my drink make me feel sick. Asked my husband to try and it and he said something about it tasted off. Bummed about spending $7 on something I can’t even drink

Starbucks Coffee Company has extremely slow service, with customers moving once in 10 minutes in the drive thru and needing 20-25 minutes in line. However, the employees are very kind, and the pleasant interactions make up for the prices. The younger staff are friendly, and the service is peaceful, friendly, and efficient with timely responses and speedy delivery of orders. During the hurricane Helene aftermath, the employees were super friendly. The restaurant offers vegetarian options and dairy alternatives, though fewer for gluten intolerance. Parking is sometimes tight, but wheelchair accessibility is available. Customers love the dragonfruit drink, doggie cups, lattes, ice coffee, cake pops, pastries, and cheese danish. The drive thru has fast service with friendly servers, and the staff always acknowledge children.
